Cambrian Photography stands as a shinning beacon for fabulous customer service. Having been a Commercial Photographer for nearly 40 years, I committed the cardinal sin of leaving the batteries for one of my cameras at my North Oxfordshire studio, first call I made was to Cambrian, I spoke to Liam, he was particularly friendly & helpful, & offered to charge 2 batteries of different types for me to choose when I got in to store. Joel charged yet another battery for me in store & again was super friendly & extremely helpful, Cambrian’s help meant that I could get everything shot for a tricky shoot. I am so appreciative & would recommend Cambrian for anything Photographic, the shop is lovely too. My wife, with me at the time, said to me as we left the shop, ‘That was truly outstanding customer service’.

Helpful staff

I ordered a Canon lens which was not in stock due to national shortages. It took about a month to arrive. That was frustrating. But the delay was not caused by Cambrian. They kept me informed and responded to all my enquiries promptly. My review is based more on the customer service that I received after the lens had been delivered. A special mention for Llinos who went above and beyond in helping me navigate the treacherous maze that masquerades as Canon's cashback claims system. The lens is a belter! Diolch Llinos.
