Good service overall
Service was ok. Took a month to get the product which was explained. Main issue was that I couldn’t pay! Problems with the payment service online which in the end I had to send a BACS transfer .

I was doing a shoot in N Wales and urgently needed some batteries. I approached Cambrian because they were local but their systems did not allow to help me out same day, an opportunity to show their unique position as being local which is an asset. They were only able to do next day delivery. I might as well have used Amazon. Otherwise great service but to be unique against the big shifters a Miss.
