GOOD The basic virus/malware protection is fine, and there are few to no unnecessary popups. The product does not noticeably slow down the average PC. Scans are pretty quick.

ILLEGAL: Always difficulty with installing the provided "key" (which they do NOT properly send as promised, and which is unnecessarily processed through yet another 3rd party company). Must send emails back to to, begging for them to activate a product I've already paid for. And, like most companies these days, F-Secure forces you into automatic renewal when you buy the product; you WILL be charged each year, unless you jump through hoops to turn off the autorenewal.
This is a violation of EU and many US state laws, but F-Secure does not care, and breaks the law.

UNACCEPTABLE/HUGE FAIL: F-Secure has NO firewall whatsoever (they purposely removed it over a decade ago, failing to listen to their upset users). You are entirely dependent on weak built-in Windows firewall if you use F-Secure. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

I made an attempt to delete my account, but it did not recognise my password so I tried to change password which was impossible. Took me to the same page so I deleted my subscription from Apple and deleted the app. There’s nothing I can do. I try to email them but the email was returned back to me. I have been with F secure since 2019 but it is completely useless.

F Secure have put a 2 step verification process on my account, which I cannot access. They will not remove it and therefore I cannot access my account or cancel my subscription. The customer service has been non-existent and they will not help in any way. I have never authorised this change to my account and am left helpless.

since they put the antivirus software and the VPN together in one package, I only had problem with it. before when it was seperated its works very fine.

I needed more than 14 month till we found a goal, by taking out the VPN from the software.
but a big + they gave me 9 more month with the antivirus insted.
after I changed to another VPN company and it works perfect again.
I only kept the antivirus software till it will finish the deadline.

This app is no longer fit for purpose due to its battery drain. My phone was literally sucked out of its life overnight due to 80% power consumption by F Secure. I have deleted the app and will not be renewing my contract until this is fixed.

Jag köpte en ny licens via en återförsäljare. Bara att hitta och navigera "rätt" för att lyckas slå in den nya prenumerationsnyckeln tog drygt en timme om inte ännu mer.

Virusskyddet är jättebra, men menyerna är "utomordentliga, katastrofala" för att på direkten hitta och navigera rätt till vad "jag" vill göra.

They took my money but provided NO SERVICE!!!!! Now I can't even log in.

I want my licence for which I paid or my money back. Those are the two options.

Köp inte F-Secure VPN går inte att ansluta till routern, finns många andra där det funkar

Inget att rekommendera då antivirus stänger ner och man kan inte starta den igen.
Supporten går inte att få tag i.

It's even doesn't let me download my invoices from aliexpress! Very irritating app. Now need to find how reinstall it. And I payed in advance for 2 years.

Kan absolut ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Har fornyet mit abonnement fordi jeg plejer at være tilfredse med dem. Men nu viser appen at mit abonnement er ugyldigt men på hjemmesiden er det aktiveret til den rigtige pc. Bliver spammet med notifikiationer fra appen om at mit abonnement ikke længere er gyldigt. Jeg har prøvet alt. man kan ikke engang kontakte dem eller deres support fordi de kun har åbent midt på dagen (9-15). En normal bruger som mig med en normal arbejdsdag på 7-16 vil jo aldrig kunne sidde foran computeren til den tid. Det saftsusme for dårligt.

i would never go back to f-secure i used to use them a few years back and it was descent i don't what happened but all it ever seem to do now is let infection through the irony is that the free one have cleared up and continues to protect what f-secure failed to

Ett bluff-företag till. Nån support går överguvudtaget att få tag i. Förstår att de gömmer sig bakom en massa för att inte få tag på dem. produkten är helt kass.

Never bye anything from this scam company.

The service is so bad you'll end up having a broken pc/connection to the internet.

Their VPN service mostly holds IP addresses that are banned, and most websites refuse to let you access their website due to bad and suspicious service.

Man kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Kan kun lave fornyelse som fremadrettet bliver med automatisk fornyelse.
Hvis man fornyer nogen tid inden udløb, bliver næste udløb reduceret. Rigtig dårlig stil.

There is no reason for anyone to buy F Secure. You can get the same level of protection from a free anti-virus as well. F Secure does not even come with a firewall (many other Internet Security suites for the same price range do). F Secure has a broken interface that opens up every time your computer boots and the worst part is that you can just uninstall the product with no additional verifications. Click of a button, and your anti-virus is gone. :-O

Er der i Chrome ikke med sikkerheds system gratis. Har hørt en lille fugl fløjte om det.

Fik afmeldt og slettet min konto men DE TRÆKKER STADIGVÆK PENGE HVER MÅNED!
