First time ordering…The only issue is processing & shipping time. Now that I know it takes every bit of 2 weeks from order date to receive the shipment to the States, I will definitely plan ahead for future orders.

Canada Vet is responding MUCH FASTER than it did a few years ago. Getting prescriptions in a 2 weeks is GREAT.

Mostly good, but long delivery time
Product delivered, at great price, without Rx. Although timing was not critical this time, it did take 12 days to arrive, as evidently shipped from Australia; it would be nice to know to expect that. (I assumed Canada, which wouldn't have taken as long.) Will likely order again and factor in longer shipping time.

The tablet was fresh and not dried out. Also this was our first experience and they actually put a hold on my order just to confirm my address! Absolutely amazing thing for us! We appreciated that! Customer service was awesome and simple. And we received the meds in a timely manner. About to order again for our other furbabies!! So happy with our total experience! Money well spent!
