I was referred to CANADA VET EXPRESS by the people who trim my cats nails.This is the second time to order over the telephone and no problem except having to listen closely as the people who answered this time were from another country.He did get the order correct and told me about saving more on next order,always greatful to save money.

Ordered from them for over 2-years and have been satisfied so far.

Costumer service is awesome. Prices are great with auto ship availability.

I found my experience working with Canadavetexpress a very pleasant one. When I ran into a little problem getting my order to go thru, I simply called the number given and a real person answered the phone and I was then able to complete the order.

I have been ordering from Canada Vet Express for 5 yrs. I have never experienced any problems and have saved a lot of money on my pet's flea medicine. I've always had a good experience when calling customer service.

I purchase Nexgard Spectra from this website and have been for 3 years now for my dogs ticket, flea and heart worm medicine. Not only is it cost efficient, but the customer service is superb. When my package was missing, they sent me a new one. When I just placed an order for something, I needed to change it so I emailed customer service. Within an hour or two they responded and adjusted my order. I have referred many of my dog mom friends to this website. I will continue to purchase here and I recommend everyone do too. Thank you Canada Vet Express!

First of I never write reviews. But when a company goes above expections in these insane times its time to way to go.

I have been using the site for 3 years now for my cat and I am very happy with their price as well as shipping. I agree with everyone about the name, I, as well thought they were from Canada but really...I don't care! I buy from them because of their price! you can't beat them and products are good. Still took one star off because they should change their name!

Only reason not 5 is literally because of their deceiving store name. Other than that I was absolutely hesitant to order based on other reviews but did it anyways and sure enough the product I ordered arrived 16 days from order date which is impressive considering it ships from UK. Regardless it seems like a shady site but in my experience I am more than pleased. Again, -1 star solely for their lack of creativity on website name.

Despite being called CANADIAN the site is based out of the UK. They promise 24hr shipping, but in my case it was a full 5 business days. Then to top it off, they rip you off and charge you in US dollars?!? Now let's see if I receive any package. I feel this is a total scam.

In April 2021, I ordered Revolution for my daughter’s 2 cats for treatment of ear mites.
I looked up Revolution to see how long it takes for it to start working, and to my understanding, it was supposed to work immediately.
The cats are still scratching and one the cats has scratched a patch of fur off .
I am getting worried and I might have to have the vet take a look at it so that it doesn’t get infected.
I paid $112.36 for this medication and CLEARLY it’s not working!
It is now the end of August and these cats are still scratching and flapping their ears.
I believe this Revolution is counterfeit and there should be class action suit against this company.
They could cause serious harm to beloved pets.

I placed my order 7/12 and received it 7/19. I'd say that is very quick for foreign mail! I have nothing negative to say. It was exactly what I ordered, in the original sealed packaging, tracking was available and it arrived sooner than I expected. Can't beat that!

This site is fraudulous.. Despite being called "CANADA" Vet Express, all the prices shown are actually in US dollars, but there is absolutely no mention of that fact anywhere. Any Canadian customer will rightfully suppose the prices are in CAD, of course, and then be charged in USD. Moreover, they claim that shipping is free on all orders, yet once you enter "Canada" as a shipping address, they will add a $10 shipping fee (in USD too, of course, and with no warning whatsoever). I contacted them via chat and they said "oh no, the free shipping is for US only!"... When pushed regarding how misleading this all is, they just closed the chat and hid away. Again, this site is called CANADA Vet Express! Extremely misleading to the point of being fraud! This is the same company that runs Canada Pet Care as well - stay away!! I signaled them to the authorities and invite everyone else to do the same!

Ordered on August 9, 2020 generic Heartgard Plus (Nuheart) for large dogs. Credit card was charged immediately. Was assured shipping would not be delayed because of Covid. As of today September 8, 2020 has not been received and I am out my money and medication for my dog. They refuse a refund and cannot deliver. Scam as far as I am concerned. Btw, all my other mail and packages from overseas arrive on time with no delays. " When the order was placed I specifically asked whether or not there would be any delay in receiving the order. I was told unequivocally not. It would arrive on time. Only now after paying and waiting a month do they claim there are delays. I still believe they are using the Corona Virus as an excuse to scam customers. I have no money and no medication for my dog and no options." ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING AND NOT GIVING REFUNDS

They are not shipping-they are taking your money- they are scamming people. If they know they cannot deliver then why is their website still taking orders and taking people's money???? If you call them as they suggest they just give you the same run around. Bottom line is if you order from them kiss your money good-bye.

RE-REVIEWED 09132020: Well I didn't hesitate to post a bad review so I won't hesitate to post a change to that review and post a POSITIVE review.

My wife took the lead on this and said enough is enough. After one month waiting for a paid for order that hasn't arrived she called the company AGAIN and spoke to a very nice representative who immediately voiced concern and said the order should have arrived by now. He immediately said he would credit us back the original order cost. Further, he said he would give us a much discounted NEW price IF and when the meds arrived IF we would call him back if they ever arrived. Today the credit was received on our credit card as promised. The package still hasn't arrived. But, I will tell you that in the event the package does ever arrive we WILL certainly call him back and pay the discounted new price. Honesty deserves to be repaid with honesty. I can't say that you will ever get your merchandise but I can say that they are accommodating refunds for orders that do not arrive. We are unhappy that we didn't get our dog's medication but we are entirely satisfied that the company made good on the cost we paid. Use your own judgement.

I have been buying from Canadavetexpress.com for couple of years for my 2 dogs.However, the latest one I received was a counterfeit. The way I can tell it is counterfeits by the smell. I'm very familiar with how it should smell since I've been using it for a long time. The last one smell just like rubbing alcohol. I did some more research and I found out one indication of a counterfeit one is the packaging. The counterfeit one has a blurry letters and that is what I got and I compared it to the previous product I received and it's completely different. The previous ones has a very clear lettering on the packaging.

Ordered this 16 days ago and thought I was ordering what was coming from Zoetis who's headquarters is located at 10 Sylvan Way, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054 and that it would be shipped from Canada. What I can to find out what I got is a product manufactured at 85 Bute Lane Sandton 2196, South Africa and shipped from then UNITED KINGDOM. What I got was a smashed package with the internal contents damaged.
1) If I knew it was going to take this long I would of never ordered from Canadavetexpress!
2) If I knew that I was getting product manufactured in South Africa and being shipped from the UNITED KINGDOM I would of never ordered from Canadavetexpressp!

This site is a savior. I have three dogs and one of them requires a lot of attention because of her weak immunity. She often fell sick and also had fleas on her body. However, ever since I have started administering Bravecto which I bought from this site, I cannot find a single flea on her. Now that she doesn’t fall sick, her health has also improved. I really feel this site is amazing. I got the most suitable treatment for my dog and the best part is they have great discounts on most of their products which makes it easier for me to contain within my budget. It’s been 4-5 times that I have purchased the product from this site and have always received without any issues or delays.
