Excellent finding the right family to work with.

Terrible, the quality of people on there is horrible as it all internationals looking for someone to sponsor, or local internationals who don’t speak English or have ECE but want to be paid $40/hour - and don’t even show up for job interviews. I had a couple candidates waste my time by scheduling interviews based on their availability, I accommodated and they never showed up. Additionally after paying $90 for 3 months, I had a candidate who I rightfully tell off for now showing up write a 1 star review for me making it even more impossible to find a nanny. The platform makes no sense and I DONT recommend. Save your money, and use sites like Sitly or Nanny services which are better

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I paid for a one-month membership to find a summer job as a nanny. Before joining, I told them that I already had a valid background check and CPR certification, so I met the requirements.

After paying, I applied for several jobs, but my messages did not appear to be sent to the families, and I received no responses. I contacted customer service, but I did not receive any meaningful help or explanation.

I feel like I paid for a service that did not work as promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support after they took my money.

I have found 2 nannies via CanadianNanny.ca within a 5 year period..the most recent one I found within 24 hours.

So 1 month after giving birth I was struggling with postpartum depression and trying desperately to find someone to help me with my daughter. I signed up in this website and suscribe as it is the only way to be able to message nannies. If you are a parent you know how rough those first months are. They auto renew the suscription and charged me 3 more months!! I didn’t realise because of course they sent tons of emails but guess what they do not send an invoice, notification or something so I could notice I was being charge. This is so malicious!!! they take advantage of the most vulnerable time of parent to make their money. Shame on you!

Have used Canadian nanny 3 times now and have consistently been very happy with the results. All Nannie’s we’ve hired have been from this site and we are so appreciative for the ability to connect with serious (and fun!) providers

I liked your website and found it very easy to navigate and indeed found a nanny position through your organization. The only thing I found difficult is very few potential clients didn’t specify where exactly they were situated in the city. It would be helpful if the potential client could say which area of the city they lived in. I was constantly asking.

Overall, I would say we did very well with the Canadian Nanny experience as we did find a wonderful nanny for our grand grandchild!

Useful but overpriced. Autorenewal of subscriptions is baked into terms (and renewal happens with no notification). Background checks are ok but offloaded to a third party which means that any issues get into a limbo (had to pay for another check when one got stuck)

I went on Canadian Nanny to get a part time nanny and it worked out well

2- If let to babysiters to have a PDF from police check, it was so better.

I have been using this website and found it very helpful.

The site allowed me to purchase a background check for a candidate who is 17 but then they refused to run the background check because the candidate was 17. They then refused to refund me for the background check that they did not run. If they do not rectify this, I will be filing a complaint and dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service.
