Candid Owl Avis

Absolutely gorgeous lampshade! The service was excellent, as was the delivery information and updates.
I will certainly buy from here again, so thank you!

Great lampshade, been looking for one like this for ages to go with our 1960’s German Walter Gerhards lamp. The look and quality is fantastic.

I ordered an item which was not suitable this Co. Could not have been more helpful in allowing me to return the unsuitable item and then assisting me to reconsider a more suitable shade. Amazing customer service!

Very happy with my new lampshade. Is well made a good price compared to others I found & well packaged. Couldn't be happier. Thanks

Great quality and amazing choice.

Communication was excellent because when I wanted to order a third shade to match the two I’d recently bought, although it was no longer showing on the website, I was able to order it after I contacted them by email. Very pleased and I highly recommend this company.

Excellent product & a good price. Delivery was on time & we were delighted with our new Lampshades. The staff kindly sent us various samples which really helped us to make our decision.

The company were great, easy to order. The light shades arrived in separate boxes ( I ordered 4 matching) and the order was well tracked so I knew exactly when to expect them. One box was slightly damaged and there was a slight depression in the shade however once they were unpacked and in situ the depression smoothed out. The shades are expensive but when they arrived you could see the quality. It has taken me a while to get used to them because they were so different than the old shades but now I have I absolutely love them.

Great online experience, delivered when expected. We’re very happy with our new lampshade

I ordered a tall cone lampshade - the information provided with dimensions about whether my base would suit such a shade was really helpful. I certainly was not disappointed - I love this shade, it is high quality and looks amazing! I am so happy.

First-rate customer service and a wonderful, high-standard product. Delighted. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Candice!

Was nervous about ordering from a site I hadn’t used before but, was not disappointed. The lampshade itself is stunning. Really good quality and well made. Order came in the expected timeframe. I’d definitely order from Candid Owl again, lampshade is worth every penny.

5 star product and service.
Easy ordering, good communication, prompt delivery and superb products. Absolutely love my shades, will definitely use again. Highly recommend

Lovely lampshade, just as pictured.
Not the quickest delivery but worth the wait

I ordered a beautiful pink lampshade with a lovely copper inside lining and am delighted with my purchase. The communication once ordered was spot on and it was delivered carefully wrapped to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from Candid Owl again and highly recommend.

Very good quality lamp shade and a shape not available elsewhere.

Really well made cone lampshade for my retro lamp. Very impressed!

Lovely shade arrived on time never any hassle with this company 😀

Beautiful lampshade, looks lovely in my living room, my second purchase from Candid Owl, definitely recommend. Candice was so helpful, I was going on holiday and she kept my lampshade until I was ready to take delivery.

Easy online ordering. Great choice. Third time we’ve used Candid Owl and quite frankly although you pay more than some major stores the quality is lightyears apart. Had a few questions and Candice is super helpful. Latest shade arrived and is now hanging beautifully in the bedroom. Will be using them again to replace other shades in rooms as we get round to revamping them. Once again, super pleased with the new shade, worth every penny. Thank you.
