Candid Owl Avis

I ordered two lampshades, both are very different in size, shape & colour.
They are beautifully made, were well packaged and exactly as I ordered.
Throughout the process the communication from Candid Owl was superb.
I wasted so much time shopping around trying to find what I wanted in regular retail stores. I wish I'd ordered from them sooner.
I really couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Lovely lamp shades , good service , packaged well .

Great choice of fabrics and colours. V good customer service. delighted with the shades I ordered.

Really happy with my lampshades, great quality & beautifully packed to prevent damage in transit. Would highly recommend.

Accurate description of lampshades I ordered and realistic delivery dates.

Love the lampshade! Looks great. Delivery takes a while but it does clearly state that on the website.

Customer services were amazing, I wasn’t sure what size to get and they were able to advise, they sizing was perfect. They also sent me some samples which really helped me to decide. The lamp shade just looks absolutely fantastic and really good quality. Would definitely recommend

Candice worked with me through a number of emails back and forth regarding a custom lamp shade. She was extremely helpful in her advice, guidance & explanations of what would work well & what wouldn't work well. She helped me with advice on dimensions which was hugely helpful and also sent fabric samples out. In the end, I purchased a piece of fabric I found that would be suitable & sent it to Candice. We concluded on the sizings & price.
The finished lampshade arrived really quickly & I am absolutely thrilled with it.
I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Amazing product & service

Good product that is well made. Arrived in good time. Also requested swatches before ordering the lampshade to check for colour matching which were received quickly.

Good products, made to order. This meant a slight delay before the lampshades are delivered but worth the wait.

Second order-great quality & beautifully packed to prevent damage in transit. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with my lampshade, arrived when it said it was going to.

Love my lampshade! It arrived on time, communication from Candice was great and the lampshade looks fantastic, really high quality. Thank you so much :-)

I ordered two cerise pink lampshades with a silver drum.
CandidOwl sent a detailed email to inform me when they would be ready.

They were delivered on time.
The products were reasonably priced and looked very expensive and elegant.

I'm really pleased with the quality, look and texture. The lampshades really set off the look of the reception room.

I would highly recommend for a bespoke, affordable service.

The lamp shade is excellent and the time for it to be made was minimal an all around very good quality buy

Just received my new tall conical lampshade. It has exceeded my expectations. Sits beautifully on the base and looks far more expensive than it actually cost. Has given a new lease of life to the base which I did not want to part with.
Also impressed with the secure packaging and mode of delivery.
Thanks Candid Owl, would not hesitate to use you again.

I bought a large bespoke shade and it wss a great experience. They couldn't have been more helpful and it arrived well packed. I have now purchased a small one of the same style and colour and they both look very good.

Fantastic product and delivered with care.
