Candid Owl Avis

I was looking to replace a tall conical lampshade from an old floor lamp I'd bought in the 1970s as it had completely broken up over the years. I found it very hard to locate one that would fit and look like the original. Candid Owl had one that was almost identical available on their website with a couple of size options available.

The new lampshade was delivered within the time frame specified and I was kept informed at each stage. When it arrived, it was well packaged to protect it during transit and the lampshade itself was very well wrapped up inside to prevent it from getting dirty.

The quality is exceptional and looks perfect on my floor lamp. I couldn't be more happy with it and highly recommend Candid Owl if you're looking for lamps or lampshades.

Thank you, lamp shade was as described and process of purchasing was hassle free.

Beautiful, quirky and lovely quality. Creates a taking point.

Wow !! That was my reaction when I unpacked the lampshade after it arrived . It was even better when I put it on the wooden base I had already . Fits perfectly in the room as planned .

Product matched description and delivery time.

A lovely addition to our front room revamp. We spent a long time finding something that would fit and thankfully Candid Owl popped up. It was and is a perfect fit.

The whole process of ordering a lampshade worked very well. I love my pink shade, thank you very much.

Love my new lampshade! It is beautiful. Good delivery time too.

Extremely helpful and professional company I’m thrilled with my new lampshade.

Loved the wide range of colours, shapes and designs. The ones I chose look really classy. The Christmas break delayed delivery a little but I was kept up to date with what was happening and my expectations were fully met.

Gorgeous lightshade. Great quality Bought two, and I love them

The lampshades are superb quality. They arrived really quickly and well packaged, all ready to hang. Im delighted with them and they add a real statement to our hall and bedroom

Great lamp shade high quality and packaging was very well done for delivery
Will definitely buy again 🤩👍👍

Excellent quality. Gorgeous fabric. Such a pleasure to be able to order the exact shape, size and fabric. I received samples of the outside and inside of the shade. Candice gave me lots of advice. Will definitely use Candid Owl again.

Took a while to come as the shade was made to order, but it was over Christmas so that's to be expected. Looks great and dispatch to delivery was quick. Recommended!

Great product, good service

Excellent service. Great choice, one of the only places I could get an oval lampshade. Great delivery as well.

Absolutely delighted with our new lampshades. Great selection of colours, fabrics, inside linings & sizes to choose from. The sample service was invaluable.

Absolutely superb service!
Candid Owl provides beautiful lampshades - custom made to order; however, I made a mistake with my order and the owner of the company very quickly came back to me following my admission of stupidity, and she had no hesitation in helping me sort this out and I got the lampshade I had wanted. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Candid Owl to everyone. Beautiful lampshades, fabulous service!

The lamp-shades Candid Owl made for us were exactly as described - excellent quality and made to order.

They are not the same as those cheap factory-made things you might get from a chain store - they are each a brilliant piece of work.

Beautiful
