Been taking the capsules, 2 a day, for 3 weeks now and the difference in my pain level is fantastic.

I've been using the 15% CDB oil for a week now. I started with no expectation other than to see how it could benefit me in daily life but I have noticed positive physical and psychological differences. I built up my dosages from 7.5mg (one drop) to 30mg (four drops) over the course of four days to gauge the effects. I've noticed an improvement in mood which manifests as a generally more positive and relaxed outlook, makes the stresses of the day seem less stressful and more easily manageable. For example I find it easier to focus, multitask, and switch off at day end. For me it's helped alleviate the little aches and pains from past sports injuries and post-gym soreness. One unexpected side effect is the feeling of being a little disinhibited and perhaps a little less anxious too. I'm naturally quite a quiet person who doesn't engage much but I've noticed that I'm cracking a few more jokes, being more talkative, and feeling less nervous delivering work presentations.

Overall it has been a net benefit to me in my daily life. I personally have no chronic illnesses so I can't speak to the effectiveness in that capacity but I would definitely recommend trying the CBD oil to elevate your general wellness, mentally and physically.

Amazing product! Had ezcema on my elbow and it was really irritated. I didn't want to rely on steroid cream so thought I'd try a natural approach! After just one use, it had improved and by the 4th/5th use, it had gone! Would recommend to everyone!
