Canopies UK Avis

Very friendly, helpful and professional. Maxine offered great advice and helped us decide what product best suited our needs. The installation team arrived early and cracked on with the job. Well pleased with the final result.

They were clean and tidy workers. They did a very good job and were polite. We were informed of the plans and kept up to date when they were able to do the job.

Regular contact with company appreciated. Gary was efficient and relationship with us very good. Inall, a first class experience.

Derek Schofield.

Despite a structural problem with some of the brickwork, the installer, Mike, did his best to pursue with most of the installation. He will re visit for completion in January 2024. We are very delighted with the product and workmanship. A big thank you to Canopies UK.

I used canopies uk to supply and fit a new front door canopy to replace one that had rotted through. Right from the start the staff were excellent they retuned phone calls and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. I was able to select the design I wanted and they advised about the measuring up. It took about three weeks for the canopy to be delivered and fitted after the order was placed. On the day of fitting the workman turned up on time and was done in a couple of hours and took all the rubbish away. Would definitely use this company again highly recommend

Great service. We are very happy with our new canopy. We would definitely recommend this company.
The installations guys were very polite thorough.

The crew arrived as agreed and installed the canopy in one morning. Unfortunately one piece was the wrong size but that was remedied after a couple of weeks. The canopy looks good and will protect our new caravan. Well done.

As a customer, we were 100% satisfied from the moment we made a telephone enquiry to the installation and request for payment, the office staff, the contractors, the account department and Tom the surveyor representative. We’re all absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Canopy is good, installers are good..hard working come rain or shine. Office based staff at Lancashire are also quite good. However, surveyors from this company behave like absolute cowboys - they try to agree a price without even paying a visit to take exact measurements. Then they visit and even if measurements are shorter by 2m, the price remains the same! They also seek a commitment to buy on the day of the survey to make it worth their while to pay you a visit - so much for a free quote! Once you sign up with them, the surveyors promise the sun, moon and stars by telling you that they'll get you an install date that works for you and that they'll keep you posted about how many people will be installing the canopy etc - but it was all hollow promises in the end for me. There won't be a trace of them once they take the deposit and leave. When I called my surveyor nick I'd often get told that I'd get a call back with the install date or number of people etc but no such thing would happen. It's like dealing with a black hole for prolonged periods after you sign up and all that pre sales flexibility and yes to everything replies change to complete silence once you've signed up, requiring frequent chasing up to get anything to progress or to get any updates on your order.

installed earlier than expected, a quick smooth job, thank you.

Everything good from start to finish. Anton (surveyor) turned up on time and advised accordingly. Fitting date adhered to and job done on day promised. No problems at all.

Friendly and efficient service. Minor problem sorted quickly.

We have just had 2 beautiful canopies fitted by David Cornwell. The craftsmanship is amazing. The service was brilliant. They have transformed the appearance of our home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cheshire Canopies to our friends and Family.

I am very pleased with our Glass veranda, from initial visit, to measuring up and installation the team very always very helpful and professional this back up with clear communication. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Cheerful employees, whilst with us, was much appreciated-thank you Andy, Tom and Mike…..except…. why doesn’t a business make sure their vans have ALL the correct items on board before leaving base?!!! Not only did this necessitate a return visit but during the installation I ended up taking one of the fitters to locate more nuts-only 5 out of 55 had been loaded! Great product now it’s complete!

The team were professional and organised from start to finish. An effective and pleasant team ensuring that the installation went without a hitch. In addition they swept and washed the area on completion very pleased

Needed a canopy to go over a patio door, after looking online found Canopies UK that had some thing that i liked. Delivery date was sooner than expected and the installation team did a great job fitting the canopy in the desired location.

Initially, I was impressed by the fact that I was

A great experience from start to finish. From the original sales person, to the surveyor, the guys who installed the canopy and finally the office staff. The product itself is great and I am very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone who needs a car port.
