Car Burst Avis 

Ordered bum bum car airfreshner, came and the lid was faulty so wouldn't open, just kept clicking, £10 for 1 airfreshner. Contacted them by email and they advised me i might find it hard as it's a safety cap, as I told them I'm well aware, and know how to used a safety cap, that wasn't the issue, it doesn't press down to release. Ignored all my mails after that, I offered to return the faulty one for them to see. Ignored again. Shocking Customer service

Ordered a Sauvage diffuser plus an extra refill bottle of fragrance.
Diffuser arrived with fragrance but no refill.
After several emails back and forth, they made no attempt to send the missing item but agreed to refund that part of the payment. When I chased up the refund, they sent a screenshot stating that a refund had been processed.
It obviously hadn't as the payment never appeared in my PayPal account (the screenshot was likely relating to another unfortunate customer that may have actually received a refund) and I had to raise a case with PayPal to get my refund.
Awful company to deal with.

Ordered in May and never heard anything back or received my order. Business should've been shut down ages ago.

I am absolutely appalled by the service of CarBurst. I still have not received my order which was placed on the 21st July. They were quick to take the money from my account. They have not contacted me to inform me of any updates of what the issue on the delay is. This will be the first & last time I will be using Carburst. Absolute shambles.

Would give a 0 if there was an option, don’t waste your money, cheap product at overpriced retail price! Would never recommend or buy again!

Paid in good faith for a car diffuser with fragrance.....only received an empty diffuser.....won't answer messages/emails. Buyers beware!!!

Please please please DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY - I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks - sent over 5 emails to see what’s happening no contact from them whatsoever. Reported them to my CC COMPANY and managed to secure a refund. Worst online attempt to purchase ever!!

The products leaked in transit. The diffuser bottles labels were destroyed and the liquid left black marks on the white spray bottle. The products weren’t packaged at all. Just wrapped in some bubble wrap. Looked cheap and tacky and they were supposed to be given as presents which i obviously couldn’t gift. I tried to contact carburst and they have not acknowledged or replied. Terrible products and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Parcel never turned up. Even though it said it was delivered. Wrote numerous emails, but still no response

Wish I could give minus but I can't all I can say is what a pile of garbage(I won't swear)cheaply made rubbish but without the cheap price tag,avoid at all costs

No smell. Simple. Not as advertised if it doesn’t smell of anything ! Waste of money. Don’t bother .

I ordered last week for my boyfriends birthday such a nice gift well.. it never turned up I’ve had no confirmation email , no receipt of my transaction either! I’ve messaged on all social media platforms but I’ve not had a reply. Disputing currently with my bank. So disappointed I was looking forward to this gift!

What an awful company, I will never order again from them ,they messed the order and after they can't even answer to emails..I don't recommend..save your money...

I would rate these products zero stars if the option was there. Absolutely rubbish.
The car diffuser doesn't even give off any smell, and that's with the whole bottle in there.
Never gonna work on their style as there is nothing to soak up the oil!

Terrible product, hardly any smell comes out and I put the whole bottle in at once. The product says it’s mini but is too big to fit in most cup holders and also leaked into my car. I reached out to them and let them know and they ignored me. Worst purchase ever do not buy from them !!!!

Cant fault them atall. Responsive and polite on the email and great little product. Amazing smells and lasts longer than the cheap ones you buy in the shop. Recommend indeed 👍

Seems from most reviews I am not on my own, wish I had now read them first. What a scam. Do NOT buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away. Where the good reviews come from I do not know, but I am inclined not to believe them. No communication, no replies to multiple emails. Items not received and I doubt I ever will. Absolute waste of time and money. Should not be allowed to trade. Joke. Sort it out Car-Burst.

First It came about 3 weeks late then the liquid only lasted 3 days and finished.
