Lucky to have discovered and worked with CaratDiamonds
I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with this team to create my engagement ring. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. We had several online meetings, exchanged a lot of ideas and feedback, and I always felt that my preferences and vision were genuinely listened to.
Based on a reference photo I provided, they created a detailed CAD model so I could actually visualize the ring before it was made. I was also kept informed throughout the entire process, receiving photos of every component that was going to be used, including the different colors, sizes, and details. This level of transparency and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the final result.
The consultation and guidance were outstanding, especially when it came to choosing the correct ring size. Their advice was professional, thoughtful, and extremely helpful.
And most importantly, the quality of the final ring is absolutely extraordinary. It is even more beautiful in person, and the craftsmanship and quality are something you can genuinely see with the naked eye.
The entire experience, from the first conversation to receiving the finished ring, was exceptional. I’m incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making the ring exactly what I had envisioned. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly special piece of jewelry and a personalized experience.
