Bague de fiançailles
From start to finish, my experience with Carat Diamonds was exceptional.
The ring is absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality exceeded my expectations. The diamond has remarkable brilliance and sparkle, and the setting is elegant, refined, and perfectly finished.
What impressed me most was the level of customer service. The team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, providing clear communication and support every step of the way.
Purchasing fine jewelry online can sometimes feel uncertain, but Carat Diamonds made the experience smooth, transparent, and reassuring from order placement to delivery.
I am genuinely delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend Carat Diamonds to anyone looking for exceptional quality, beautiful craftsmanship, and first-class customer service. I will certainly consider them again for future jewelry purchases.
Thank you for creating such a beautiful piece.

10/10 recommendation for Caratdiamonds
The communication and professionalism with caratdiamonds was top notch. To top it off they sent the ring way earlier than it was supposed to come in so that was even better. The ring came in spotless and perfectly packaged and was absolutely beautiful and the detail was amazing.

Great Prices, Great Quality, Great Service
I had been looking for a ring for a while and was skeptical about a lot of websites, trying to figure out which ones were legit and whether they could actually customize rings. Then I found Carat Diamonds, and from the start they were amazing. I emailed them with several questions, and they were always patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
Their pricing was also very fair for the quality you receive. Even after the ring shipped, they still helped when UPS missed a scan update. Once the ring arrived, it was even better than I expected, and the quality exceeded what I hoped for. They even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with everything.
Hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with, and I highly recommend them!
