Only partially delivered
Only partially delivered and when I emailed the missing delivery, Customer service only knows to blame me and didn't feel sorry about it.
The most terrible thing is the delivery of the missing is not yet confirmed
The plants ordered is much younger than I expected too

Unfortunately, our team made an administrative error when reviewing the delivery information and initially believed the full order had been delivered. We later identified that your order was due to arrive in two separate deliveries, and the second delivery was still outstanding.
Once we identified the error, we rectified the situation and arranged the outstanding delivery. We’re sorry this wasn’t picked up when you first contacted us and for the frustration this caused.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the size of the plants and will take this feedback on board.

Disappointing!!
The original courier service Evri, destroyed the order in transit. Carbeth’s customer services were very helpful and offered me replacements or refund. I asked for replacements which they sent by royal mail. Unfortunately the replacement plants were not very healthy. Very poor quality. I’ve repotted them anyway in the hopes that new growth will be better. Disappointing, other than the lady in Customer Services!!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that your original order was damaged in transit and, after arranging replacements, these didn’t arrive in the healthy condition we would expect either.
We’re pleased to hear our Customer Service team was helpful, but completely understand how disappointing it must have been to experience problems with both deliveries. We really hope the plants respond well to being repotted and put on plenty of healthy new growth.

I didn't receive my first part of the order.
Continual responses from the sender and the delivery company to contact the other party. After weeks of trying to get this resolved I still don't have my complete order. Needless to say they have my complete payment. They just frustrate you into submission. Couldn't recommend them and will never purchase from them again.

Both parcels are currently marked as delivered by the respective couriers. We appreciate that you have advised that one parcel has not been received.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to Royal Mail’s internal delivery systems and are therefore unable to investigate the specific delivery details from our side. We have advised that Royal Mail will need to be contacted directly regarding the delivery being marked as received.

Very speedy standard delivery. Which was a huge relief!
Wonderful moss. Especially the flat moss. Very green and asthetially pleasing for my wreath and kokdama.
Shame the spagnam moss wasn't green this time (a natural product) Just as well I'd ordered flat moss to disguise. Hopefully I'll get some green spagnam next time I order 🤞🏽

As moss is a natural product, its colour can vary, and it can sometimes lose some of its green colouring due to reduced light while being stored or in transit.

first class response and organisation re presentation deadline! However, mildly disappointed that there were no care instructions or planting/feeding guidance for the shrub included! In addition, there appears to be no other way of contacting you apart from email, which seems odd for a business, where people might value advice from those who know!

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
They dont send everything you order and then dealing with customer services is a complete waste of time.
They have no interest in resolving the issue.
Will never use again.

Plants arrived upside down
Plants arrived upside down, all squashed, with soil everywhere. Would have been better if they were in pots, like the ones I ordered earluer in the year, whuch is why I ordered these again. Vey disappointed, and total waste of money.
