DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
They dont send everything you order and then dealing with customer services is a complete waste of time.
They have no interest in resolving the issue.
Will never use again.
I wish I had read their reviews before buying from them as I wouldnt have been scammed.

Plants arrived upside down
Plants arrived upside down, all squashed, with soil everywhere. Would have been better if they were in pots, like the ones I ordered earluer in the year, whuch is why I ordered these again. Vey disappointed, and total waste of money.

Great service beautiful plants
I ordered a plant for my daughter it arrived damaged after contacting the company they replied straight away and a replacement was sent out. My plant arrived in perfect condition and I am delighted with it. I am very impressed with the speed and care my issue was dealt with highly recommend this company. Delivery was prompt and in great condition.

Lily bulb that never grew
I bought a lily bulb (Gloriosa Rothschildiana) from Carbeth Plants in February through a listing on Ebay. I planted it in a pot with good compost, watered it carefully and put it in a warm spot on a window ledge. It never grew and I messaged Carbeth to ask to return it for a refund. They said to give it time and put it somewhere warmer. I moved the pot to a south facing window and in the heatwave I put the pot in the sunniest part of the garden. It didn't grow at all and remained just as it was when I received it. I am an experienced gardener and never have any problems growing bulbs. I contacted them and asked again to return it for a refund. They had closed the return window and replied that too much time had gone by. I order a lot of plants online and am usually very happy with purchases. I will never order from this company again

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
The bulb was received in late February, and when you contacted us around the end of March/early April to advise that it had not yet grown, we recommended giving it some more time and asked you to come back to us with an update.
Unfortunately, we did not hear from you again until approximately six months later. We would normally have expected signs of growth by late spring or during the summer and would have been happy to review its progress at that stage.
We always ask customers to contact us as soon as possible if a plant or bulb is not developing as expected. Once several months have passed, it becomes very difficult to determine why something has failed, as growing conditions, watering, weather and other external factors can all have an impact.
We’re sorry that we were unable to resolve this for you on this occasion.

Arrived earlier than expected and well packed by the seller.
Unfortunately Royal Mail tipped over the box and all the compost was in the box.
Apparently plant is healthy and hopefully will survive at home 🫣

The daffodil bulbs arrived promptly but nor the bare root wallflowers . However the company were courteous and replied that they were not up to standard so weren't sent. Refunded to my account
