Poor Plants and Extremely POOR Service…
Poor quality plants with inadequate packaging and terrible customer service in order to retrieve refund.
Instead of discounting a plant that was received in poor condition - the ‘customer service’ agent thought it would be a better idea to argue over 7 emails with me and instead of the discount - they requested that I waste more money by paying royal mail to transport the plant back…only for them to then send a full refund.
Customer service aside; What type of business decision is that? They made zero revenue and I spent additional money for nothing. Imagine having to pay £10 postage for someone else mistake? What a disgrace. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll stick with Beards & Daisies - they never fail!!!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
The White Princess Philodendron showed damage and signs of pests, and as soon as we received photographs confirming this, we issued a refund for that plant.
Your concern with the Pink Princess Philodendron was that it had three leaves and did not match the appearance of the White Princess. As plants are natural products, their size, shape and number of leaves will vary between individual plants. From the photographs provided, we could not identify a fault with this plant, so we were unable to refund it on that basis while it was retained.
We advised that if you were unhappy with the Pink Princess, you were welcome to return it for a refund. We can see that it has now been returned and the refund has been processed.
We’re sorry that you were disappointed with the plants and the resolution offered.

We’re very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order.
We contacted you directly and requested photographs of the plant so that we could investigate the damage and confirm which plant had been received in error. Unfortunately, you advised us that the plant had already been disposed of.
Without photographs, we are unfortunately unable to assess the condition of the plant or confirm which incorrect variety was received, and therefore cannot investigate this further.

Well it would have been good if the plants had arrived when the they said they would instead got text from post office to say that there was a delay and would not be delivered till Saturday

We do not offer a telephone service, and we would never ask you to pay a fee to speak with us. We are also unable to take additional payments to add items to an order once it has been placed, as we do not have the facilities to process payments in this way.
