We have the rental car collision damage as a credit card benefit. This is the second time in about five years that we've relied on it, with favorable outcomes (both claims paid in full) processed quickly and relatively easily. There was one annoyance in that, on both occassions, we uploaded the documents to the portal upon opening the claim, only to be subsequently told we needed to submit all the same documentation we already provided. But upon uploading them again, the claims were then promptly processed. In one case, the rental car was for damages outside the US, so though there are some countries excluded, it's good to know the benefit follows us, allowing to save on rental car charges by declining rental agencies' offerred waivers.

This was the first time I have filled a claim using travel insurance. It was a huge lifesaver! Our flights were cancelled and we were still able to get back home as planned. The process wasn’t overly cumbersome and the people were helpful. I’m thankful we had the insurance available!

This was my first experience using Card Benefit Services. We had a minor accident with a rental car while overseas--first time ever, and we were worried about how things would unfold. We were thrilled when we were told that our credit card (Card Benefit Services) would cover 100% of the cost. Then I read reviews that said it was a terrible process, and that people didn't receive their money. I was worried. But we had a wonderful experience. The process was straight-forward, and we had 100% reimbursement within a few weeks of submitting the claim. We were thrilled with the outcome of this traumatizing event.

I had a Visa insurance claim for a windshield that spontaneously cracked. I expected it to be a nightmare to deal with, but I found everyone actually helpful! I especially appreciated the phone call from the person identifying himself as the one handling the case. It all went smoothly and was paid in full with minimal effort from me. Uploading the documents was a little confusing at first, but it was easy to add to them and work with the online claim.

This interaction went surprisingly easily. My rental car overseas sustained a small windshield chip from a pebble on a highway. I thought I was covered and was very happy to find that I was. Easy communication with human being who listened to and then understood my situation and was able to provide understandable and accurate information. Online form wasn't excessively cumbersome and I received full reimbursement in less than two weeks.

For a variety of reasons we were not aware of the incident report in March 2023 from the rental car agency until a couple months ago, more than two years later. Therefore we are really grateful for your card benefits and that you honored our request once we got all the required documentation. This was my first experience filing an accident claim with a rental car company insurance backed by my CapitalOne credit card. Communication was slow but eventually after 5 months, I learned that the rental company had filed a claim. With multiple phone calls, I eventually learned that the claim had been approved and issued a check. Yesterday, I did receive a letter stating that fact. Thank you.

The process was fast, not overly complicated. I had dealt with other systems before and had to jump through hoops. This was straightforward and time-efficient, and they paid the claim as expected.

Antwanette was wonderful as were all the people in the chain, they seemed to genuinely care and helped me resolve the issue quickly. These kinds of things (insurance claims) can be stressful but in this case, there was no stress. Also, the instructions were clearly explained on the website. It was clear what documents to upload, and the system for uploading worked well too. The process was pretty fast, too.
