I was pleasantly surprised on how smooth everything went. You do need to have all of your documents on hand but that is the norm because every business has to follow protocol. I was very happy with the service I received!

They make it literally impossible to submit a claim. First you spend a ton of time submitting everything on heir online portal, only at the end for it to say 'unexpected error occurred.' Wasted several hours trying over 5 times over various days. Then via email they either put you through an endless cycle of asking the same questions, or they just don't respond. Phone they typically don't answer or same issues of no actual help. It's a disgrace that legit credit card companies use Eclaimsline for this fake insurance.

I had an minor accident in NJ w/my Rental Car and was very impressed with the Professionalism of the Reps that I spoke to during my Claim. Card Benefit Services covered the damages 100%. Thanks again to all the Reps that showed me compassion, understanding and empathy in my my time of need.

The claim/reimbursement process was altogether smooth and not too complicated. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because of the generic, and somehow unclear, series of emails I received requesting missing documentation, which were annoying and time-wasting. A part from that, I highly recommend this service and the credit cards that offer it.

I had a minor accident with a bus in Brussels Belgium, unfortunately do to a communications issue we didnt get the rental car insurance as we wanted. Long story short the accident was covered and resolved very efficiently using emails online. Navy Fed Credit card travel benefits are very good

I was pleasantly surprised that the insurance worked as advertised. We were rear ended on our way to the airport with little time to know all the details of filing a claim. While it did take some time to gather the support I managed to find all required docs. So while I was nervous there would be some "gotcha" in the fine print I was delighted that our claim was paid.

Very straight forward claims process. Best to have a printed copy of any accident report and repair costs to scan and upload on web site. My claim was reviewed and paid with direct deposit in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommend this service.
