Chase delivered on my auto collision claim. They followed a process calmly and professionally to collect all relevant documents and data, and negotiated a settlement with the rental company.
I had always known about credit card benefits such auto and travel coverages but never had to make a claim until now. I am pleased to discover that those benefits are real.

I was involved in a bad car accident completely destroying my rental car. There was a LOT of documentation required for the claim which was fortunately timely provided by all the involved parties. The claim was ultimately approved just before X-Mas. I always use my Chase credit card for travel related expenses and will definitely continue to do so.

We had to cancel a cruise around Japan due to unforeseen surgery for my husband. While the process for submitting information to exclaims can seem a bit tedious, we felt we were treated fairly and that the documents they requested were legitimate requests. And it was a huge relief to receive $20,000 back! My only negative would be that it is sometimes challenging to determine exactly what documents they are requesting on the drop down menu due to vague terms like “MBS” and “other”
I will continue to charge my travel expenses on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card and save money on trip insurance.

I appreciate how the card services covered my full expenses from my trip delay. I did find it a little difficult to obtain some of the information that was requested. I was asked to contact the airline and get a statement from them about the reason for the delay as well as the new ticket number which I didn't have and had to contact the airline. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and all the agents I spoke to were really nice and courteous. Thank you very much!

What an absolute joke! Submitted claim over two months ago and went through a loop of them asking for the same information over and over that was uploaded to my account and provided by email multiple times. Representative called and was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I called back in the hopes of speaking to someone else, and that person was also very unprofessional! Told him I had submitted everything multiple times in different formats as requested and just wanted to verify that they had everything they needed and if there was anything else I needed to do. Just kept saying No One at the company could provide that answer. Really? Then said "Look man, I'm trying to stay professional" You're trying?!? They are very aggressive and just want to talk over you. They may not be owned by Chase but it negatively reflects on Chase and we are planning on cancelling all business and personal cards as well as our business merchant processing with Chase after dealing with this absurdness unless the right thing is done. Hundreds of thousands of dollars will be lost by Chase as a result over a lost baggage claim. Great job Eclaims scammers!

The beginning of our trip to Africa was challenging with flight delays, missed connections, missed days and activities. Upon returning to our home in Asheville we found we were returning to an area devastated by flooding from Hurricane Helene. So it was a relief to be able to easily file a travel insurance claim through Chase Sapphire and then to have that claim handled and paid so quickly and efficiently. It definitely made a rough situation better and reinforced my confidence in my Chase Sapphire card.

Some documents uploaded initially were overlooked by the examiners and were requested again. For the smaller $ claim of airfare cancellation, they very quickly approved the payment after just one additional round of requesting documents. For the bigger cruise $ cancellation, it took 2 additional rounds of requesting documents and about 3 months to approve the payment. All their claim examiners that I contacted were very good in handling my inquiries and communications. A very professional organization and honest insurance program.

Chase did an amazing job working with me and resolved my claim. They worked with the rental company as well. Chase sapphire is the best and the benefits are great. I did minimal effort in resolving my claim. Thanks again!

I was very satisfied with the Chase Sapphire card claims process. First time I have ever had to file a trip interruption claim and the claim was handled and paid in a reasonable time frame

As others stated, it's a complete scam. They asked me for multiple documents for almost a year only to deny me what was clearly an easy case. My car was stolen a year ago, and I immediately filed a police report afterward. Their answer was, "I should have secured the vehicle." I booked this with my CSR, thinking I'd be protected. I was a huge Chase customer, as I have their bank account as well as three other credit cards.

In 22 years of consulting and a lot of travel, I always heard that I could “rely on the ********** card company” for rental car coverage so I always declined the insurance. I also never needed it until a vacation last summer. Chase came through in spades. No haggling. They asked questions and for documentation and I produced it and they paid the claim. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my eclaimsline experience. The initial submission was a bit cumbersome due to their need to substantiate our loss. Even so, it was straight forward. During the review their representative provided clear guidance on further information needed to document our claim. It took additional time to get our travel provider to respond to our requests for needed info. In the end our claim was approved and I was totally satisfied with the outcome.

Turnaround time was acceptable and I now have a partial settlement. Airline -credits expire in early 2025 and they will be addressed at that time. Live discussions with specialists were informative and appreciated.

The claim process took almost 3 months after repeatedly sending all the documents. I almost gave up when they keep asking the same documents. Finally they paid my claim. I will still use the card for rental cars.
