Setee and chair were orderd in February…

Setee and chair were orderd in February and paid for in full. Delivery was due monday 3rd june. We had our current furniture removed in preparation for this delivery date so were using dining chairs the evening before. We are both disabled and elderly.
We received a phone call at 8am on the day of delivery to say they would be unable to deliver on that day and would deliver the following day tue 4th. Delivery came but unfortunately only the setee arrived. Our armchair was mistakenly taken of the van so had to wait until the Wednesday for the armchair to be deliverd. A very uncomfortable couple of days on hard dining chairs waiting for our furniture.

Went to the Peterborough showroom today…

Went to the Peterborough showroom today looking for a powerchair for my husband.He has never used one before all the staff we encountered were friendly and Erminda who actually served us was polite knowledgeable and spent a lot of time showing us various models .My husband tried them both in and outside the shop without any pressure to purchase at all .Having found one he felt comfortable in and that suited our needs we proceeded with the purchase. Laid back but on the ball .Thank you Erminda if the delivery goes as well we will be extremely happy to recommend care co Peterborough

Have had a careco zoom for about 3…

Have had a careco zoom for about 3 years was bought secondhand and never had a problem until recently when gearbox started leaking so decided to get the Same make and model again. Have Had scooter only 5 weeks now only use 3 times, phoned as charger make a loud noise and getting very hot, more than normal. Was told I would have to pay £80 call out and if fault not found I wouldn't get money back. After service a joke stay away.

Riser recliner disaster. Don’t order one

Ordered a riser recliner chair from care co.on 1/5/2024 3 weeks later:
Firstly, I was told an engineer would be in my area to deliver the chair would I let them know if this was convenient. We had builders in so no it wasn’t convenient. I tried all the time over the next few days to contact them on the number they gave me, each time it said mailbox is full.
I tried the main care co company number they said they can’t do anything it.
It was delivered by a lone female while we were out and the builder said no way you can get access.
I kept trying the delivery number with no success so in despair I called the show room and she tutted and said she’d try and sort it out.
This time I was sent another message to say that the following week they would be in the area to deliver the chair, this time with the option to confirm or not.
Chair was delivered by lone young lady who could hardly manage to lift the parts which also fell off the trolley.
I tried the chair for the day trying all ways to find a comfortable position, I couldn’t. It was very hard and the back lumber position was in the wrong place, not like the one I tried in the shop.
I was up all night in pain from it.
Next morning I called care co who said I couldn’t return it as another company who actually makes the chairs said it was made specifically for me. I thought care co made the chairs, they don’t. She said I signed a form in the shop stating I couldn’t return it. I couldn’t read all the small print and signed it trusting care co.
I was told they would email the company to send someone round to see if they could make it more comfortable. I am not happy. I am a disabled pensioner with no other income and can’t use the chair.

Item too expensive

Item too expensive.
Too long automated call system. Long wait to speak with someone.
Given wrong info about returns.
A nightmare to make a return. always giving excuses and blaming the courier.
Too long to give the refund back.
VAT exemption only on some items.
NEVER AGAIN.

Went to the Lincoln showroom looking…

Went to the Lincoln showroom looking for a riser chair for my wife. Found one that suited her needs for back , lumbar and head support. The Warwick the sales lady filled in all the forms and we signed and paid for it. When it arrived 7 weeks later it was not the chair that we had looked at and had thought we had ordered. When we questioned why we had received a different chair we were told that the chair that had arrived was the chair we had ordered. It seems that the sales lady that filled in the forms did not order the chair that we wanted. After contacting customer service they said that the chair that arrived was the chair that was on the order. After numerous complaints and getting nothing done we are stuck with a chair that we didn’t order because the staff made a mistake. The company won’t do anything to put their staffs mistake right. In my opinion if you read this be very careful with what you sign for as the Lincoln showroom. I will not be going there again and would strongly recommend you don’t ever.

Excellent Service

Popped into your Glasgow branch, going for Hip Surgery and needed a few things. Was helped by Emma and she couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly service, would definitely recommend

Good purchase experience

I went to the Bristol showroom to purchase a new chair for my partner. We were served by Andrew and got an excellent and professional service. Purchased what we required and were out and away quickly. A very satisfactory customer experience again as we purchased out last wheelchair there previously.

I paid for a replacement battery…

I paid for a replacement battery charger on 22nd June 2023. Whilst Care Co had my new telephone number, they may have attempted to effect repairs at my old address which is a bit of puzzle. I will admit I didn't spot the fact they had the old address on my receipt but they did have the new telephone number. The address has subsequently been amended. I made several attempts to secure a repair date originally having been told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to arrive, i.e. from 22nd June. I appreciate too that there has been the problem of the fire at the warehouse. I am now told today, 1st November that the part will arrive on 24th November. I will have been unable to use my mobility scooter for 6 months by that date. Given that the battery should be kept fully charged, I must assume that if there is any damage to it, it will be replaced free of charge. Whilst I am appreciative of the overall circumstances surrounding the supply of this part, I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided.

I ordered a cushion from this company…

I ordered a cushion from this company and trust pi;ot was wanting a review before I had even received it. I was annoyed, because this review system has got out of hand and I had nothing to review so I gave it one star. The company have been very. understanding and have tried very hard to listen to my complaint. I cannot fault their attitude and hope this will save other from having a similar experience. If the cushion I ordered is as good as the company for caring then I shall be well pleased. Thank. you for listening and caring CareCo

My review about Care Co was taken down which i would have done myself Meany thanks to the lovely Jamie Bishop who sorted my complaint, very efficient and a good polite manner. My recliner is now comfortable Ben the technician from HomeserveFR was a lovely man polite and friendly and made sure i was satisfied which i am Thank you Care co and Jamie Bishop your the best.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARECO!!!

Wife bought a scooter, very expensive. 2 months later scooter just stops randomly, sometimes in the middle of the road. Engineer came out, didn't examine it. Told her it was her fault, scooter needs to be charged for at least 10 hours before it is used. Followed his instructions and the next time out it breaks down again while she is crossing the road, she almost got hit by a car.
Phoned them again today to try and get a refund and their attitude was disgusting. No refund, they insist on an engineer coming out but not for 3 weeks or more. Meantime wife is confined to the house. Not of merchantable quality. I would never buy from them again.

I gave Careco a 3 star rating yesterday…

I gave Careco a 3 star rating yesterday for their customer service. I don't doubt the product (the suitcase ramp) but was not impressed with the customer service. However, this morning I received a full apology from Bonnie French, who has restored my faith in the service, and with a promise to increase training and auditing of services. Thank you Bonnie. I look forward to receiving my ramp very soon.

Seat for Shower

We are very happy with the seat that we purchased from care co to help making using our shower safely. We bought the one with the teak seat so not only works really well but looks fab too
