Disappointing!
I paid for a death verification course but was deeply disappointed. Just general information without applied theory. A useless course if you want to learn something. And although they boast of certificates that can be sent to your address, you also pay for that printed certificate even though you paid for a course for it.

I've had a great experience with Caredemy. There is a vast selection of courses to choose from, it was quick and easy to sign up to the course I selected, and once I'd completed the course, my certificate was immediately available to print out or download. There is also an extra option, for a small charge, to have a certificate posted out. One thing I would have liked in the course I did was a couple of video demonstrations as sometimes it's easier to see things done than read instructions and imagine it.

Once again Thank you. The course and content are great. Recently as a company, we have experienced numerous problems. The incorrect course loaded. One learner could see another learner's marks. One learner's access has been denied because the course has expired. What she paid has not expired in monetary value. Your agents refused to issue one certificate for The Care Certificate. But a different agent assisted us previously. It is the same course. Recruiters do not want 17 certificates. Your customer service has dropped significantly

They came up as a sponsored link and top search result on Google, should have been suspicious right away.
If you like reading dry facts with no interaction and little context, this is the one for you.
If you want your team to have a genuine understanding of what needs to be learnt and not a mouse-clicking festival just for accreditation, this is probably NOT the one for you.
As an addendum to this review, Caredemy has contacted Trust Pilot for my details so they can investigate my honest review given above so I will add that I have asked Caredemy why it was not made clear that a member of my team has to log in separately from my account to complete the course and received accreditation. Other organisations allow you to specify the course taker's name right at the end of the course, after you complete the exam. When I asked Caredemy about this more than once, they didn't seem to understand what I was saying and suggested the course be re-taken. They were already surprised at the structure of the course (which I agreed with) and as things stand, I would prefer my colleague re-take the course with someone else.
They also reported that you cannot move to the exam and certification part of the course without giving a review, leading to the impression you will not complete the course unless you give a favourable review.
