Great Experience
I recently completed several training courses with Care Skills Training, including DOLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards), the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training, MCA (Mental Capacity Act), Fire Safety, and Safeguarding. The content was clear, well structured, and genuinely relevant to my day to day work in care.
Each course struck a good balance between depth and practicality, making it easy to apply what I learned directly to real situations.
Hares Abdullah, was extremely helpful throughout the process and always responded quickly to any questions I had via email. Great support made the whole experience even smoother.
Overall, a great learning experience — I'd happily recommend Care Skills Training to colleagues and managers looking to build or refresh their care sector knowledge.

I initially completed the Level 5 Health and Social Care diploma. I found the course structure and content so dense and invaluable that I have purchased the 1 year package giving me access to all the courses with free digital certificates on completion. I have just completed the Medication Administration Level 4 course and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great customer support from Hares Abdullah who is always quick to respond to my queries. The process was okay
The process was easy, and getting access to the course was also easy. The challenge came in when I was trying to access my Certificate. This resulted in me paying twice.

After completing the course, it got stuck and didn't produce my certificate. I emailed the team and Hares Abdullah, responded very quickly and sent me my certificate. Excellent customer service
