Definitely a scam site
Definitely a scam site. I did the level 3 Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. The course was ok, some incorrect words and terminology. The quiz was ridiculous, I could have taken it without even studying the content it was so easy!
The worst bit though was that I paid upfront for the certificate (ridiculous price for a PDF) but then I was forced to pay again on completion. I emailed for a refund and they said it would be returned but still nothing and I have sent a follow up email. They clearly know this is an issue but probably count on customers not checking. Oh and the website says you will get an instant digital copy of the certificate but then the email says 48 hours. Avoid, scam artists.

I recently completed the Trauma-Informed Care Training course. The course content was excellent. After two weeks I had not received a copy of my certificate that I had paid for, I contacted the online chat. I was link with a gentleman called Abdullah Hares. He was very helpful and apologetic, he sent the certificate straight to me without hesitation. I thought I had ordered a hard copy certificate which I queried, he sent me a screen shot of my order pointing out that I had paid for a digital copy

I enjoyed this training, I've learned a lot. Lots of encouragement given by the lecture. The only issue I had is the quiz. It started with 2 question on dog grooming and the rest of the question were about child care. I've asked to rectify this issue but still not sorted. I got 100% correct but this is because i work with children.

Very poor safeguarding training
I did the Safeguarding Children Level 3 training and it was truly very bad. The slides seemed to have been generated by an old LLM, with frequently garbled sentences. In some places sections had clearly been paraphrased from other websites by replacing key words (using "damage" instead of "harm") which sometimes resulted in really absurd statements, such as saying that "Coaches and running shoes" need to be aware of safeguarding within sports, which I can only assume was paraphrasing "Coaches and trainers". Mistakes like this gave the worrying impression that no human being has actually even proof read the course content. This is important technical information where actually understanding what your legal duties are is essential, but with this course I was often left guessing and having to do my own research online to fill in the gaps. Sometimes this meant finding the original pages that had been paraphrased for the slides, which was significantly more useful than the course itself. The self-assessment exercises were also far too complex for the course content, asking how to deal with very difficult scenarios that couldn't realistically be answered based on the learning. And the structure was a mess, with lots of irrelevant detail that felt like filler. Overall, this was an extremely low quality product and a waste of money.
