Customer Service is good BUT their website is awful! Can not do simple things like purchase extra credits without contacting customer service. Because of the poor website, I would use another provider.

The course was advertised as a 4 hour…
The course was advertised as a 4 hour study...definalty not unless the student is just going to fly through each lesson, if you do this fully, taking notes and absorbing the content it is nearer 18-20 hours easily. The AI voice is hard to listen to after a while with the inntonations frequently wrong
