Good Service
Hares Abdullah responded within 24hrs, and resolved the issue which was my fault/error. He did this without me having to do anything else, it was sorted easily which is always a relief. He was polite and courteous. Also the right amount and easy to understand communication about the resolution.

Course was straightforward.
Occasionally conflicting explanations for same point at different parts of the course. This is the downside of repetition.

Just ok ..
Hard to get logged in as not told you must only login via the link on the email sent, can't just login from the main home page. The content of the training course I did was good, albeit a little basic, however the AI narrator is off-putting as it speaks a bit robotic in an odd English accent with American pronunciations. Customer service not that great, no-one ever picks the phone up and have to email or leave a message, sometimes taking a couple of days for a response. To process for ordering certificates is unclear, there is a "button" which says order for free here - but it takes you to a membership page ..... And it's a minimum of £9.99 to order your certificate. There is no email confirming you have passed the course, just a "you have submitted a course" email, so to prove you have passed the course you do need to buy a certificate.

Brain training at any age
As a 54 year old person I wanted to do extra training at my own pace . Reed courses enable you to do this and it has been a valuable learning experience and the online tutors help you to do this in your own time . The Care course I did helped me learn so much about the procedures of being in the Care profession . I would definitely recommend Reed courses to anyone wanting to carry on learning .

Comprehensive and relevant
The overall training was really comprehensive, yet relevant. The training managed to really factor in the most important aspects of safeguarding. I like that I was able to grasp quite a lot of information in the 4 hours and the case study made me think! I'm the safeguarding lead and I needed a refresher and this has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend the course to others.
