Our charity The Lewis Foundation is proud to use Careful Couriers and Removals for supporting us with our logistics in the receipt of stock donations from business donors.

We use Careful Couriers and Removals multiple times a week and nothing is too much trouble in the arrangement, collection and delivery of products we need, which fits seamlessly into our work enabling us to do what we to provide our support to adult cancer patients in hospital. Always efficient, with collections and deliveries often at short notice. Nothing is too much effort and trouble.

We would highly recommend for any courier or removals as the go to company to use.

Craig was the first person I got in touch with, he replied straight away.
Asked what was needed gave me a quote, then arranged a pick up.
All very easy and straight forward, very helpful.
Will definitely use his service again.

Great communication,
from beginning till ETA and pickup/drop off

We had an exceptional experience with Careful Couriers and Removals from start to finish on a project that lasted just under a month. Throughout the whole process, Craig and Graham were consistently punctual, professional, and incredibly careful with all our belongings — especially our book collection, which was handled with real attention and respect. Their efficiency, clear communication, and positive attitude made what could have been a long and stressful project feel smooth, organized, and surprisingly easy. These are true five-star professionals, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly, highly recommend Careful Couriers and Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and top-tier moving company!

First person we contacted Craig called us straight back arranged a time to suit us. He was on time very helpful we will use him again.

Craig and his team are great. We call to arrange and book in our deliveries and never need to worry about anything after that, theyre very accommodating and flexible and always willing to help. Prices are very reasonable. Would recommend.

Great help, quick response, really helped me get my cases very quickly and no hassle. Would totally recommend for anyone needing removals or support with luggage/moving.

Craig and Graham moved me just before Christmas and I would highly recommend. They are friendly, punctual, reliable, great communication, excellent price and also helped me set up my rooms. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful. They go above and beyond and I would definitely use again. Thank you Craig for making my moving day less stressful.

My daughter used this company recently to take two sofas from her home to her niece. They were extremely friendly very professional and took great care even though they had difficulty taking the sofas out of her hallway. They showed patience and skill to manoeuvre them and successfully removed them with no damage to the sofas or her home. The same professionalism was shown when they delivered the sofas to my granddaughter. We would highly recommend them to anyone and their price for the job was extremely reasonable.

Booked Craig at very short notice for a 2 point pick up. 2 person job executed perfectly, on time and at an affordable rate with regular update communication. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

This is the second time I have used this company, each time they have moved my things with care and nothing has been to much trouble. They are respectful and very welcoming. Would recommend them to anyone

Craig helped me move to North Wales. Great service, very efficient and a good price. Couldn't ask for more, would recommend to everyone.

Great communication from the company, job was completed to instruction at the time they said they would with an insured return of the equipment. Pricing is competitive too. Will certainly recommend.
