I tried using this site. Made me create an account to buy something. I should be able to check out as guest. Anyway I tried to create account and it would not let me. Which means I can't buy anything. Makes no sense to run an online business like this. Guess they really don't need the business 🤷

Customer service was very helpful picking items I needed pre-surgery. Website was easy to navigate, quality of products and prices were great. I’m still in the early stages of recovery but I’m extremely thankful I found Carewell. ❤️

Human service that is polite, and helpful, is available. Delivery is fast, 2 or 3 days and returns are easy. I am a very happy 3 yr customer of Carewell. Excellent selection and service at good prices
I am so relieved to find diapers for my elderly mother at a much better price than on Amazon. I can't even find her size diapers locally! The subscription deliveries always come quickly and on time. The packages of diapers have more in them than what I've found elsewhere. The customer service is great! I'm about to add several other care products to my subscriptions.

Great Products-Lackluster Customer Service
Carewell does carry great products and deliveries are prompt and on time. I have been using them for over 4-5 years. Their prices are okay being just a few dollars less than Amazon but not by much. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for their Customer Service lately. I ended up having a duplicate order delivered and their response required a lot of work, transporting returns and a lot of hassle. It wasn’t like that when I first started but I guess they got big enough not to care now.

They are a God send. I no longer have to worry about having supplies on hand at my home, they come on time in the mail, at a cheaper price than I could get them locally and the same price a big name online company. Dependable, on time, affordable, no worries! I could not ask for more!

Prices were less than another site
Prices were less than another site, which kept increasing. The other did not allow me to set up a scheduled subscription, only a reminder to order. And I could not rely on quick fulfillment. Sometimes, I had to wait a week to receive the order, and my mother had to use smaller, ill-fitting product. CAREWELL usually delivers 2-3 days depending on the initial ordering time, and sends you a reminder of an upcoming subscription date, and asks if date ok or need to delay.

Best priced pads I could find. Simple order/pay process. Arrived sooner than expected.
Upon unfolding my first pad, I thought these pads would not do the job. However, they are awesome!
I am on disability, was exhausting myself trying to keep up with washable pads.
These pads are used for my 17 year old cat. He is in a portable baby playpen when I'm gone all day, due to his health conditions.
Cat urine is much more pungent than human. These pads have never leaked thru and they diminish the odor!
I am completely impressed and so thankful to have found this company!
(By the way, I had tried puppy pads. They are expensive and do NOT contain his urine. These pads have made our cats and my life simpler)
