They don't stand behind their products
I was shopping a product and inquired about a sample. I was told the best they could offer is buy a package and try one and if it didn't work out they'd make it right. So I spent 35 bucks and ordered. They product didn't fit or perform per the manufacters description. I contacted Andrea in customer service. The answer was nothing we can do BUT we'll give you 10 bucks off to try another...so it will only cost me 24 bucks to possibly get hosed by a different manufacturer? Bottoming. This is a third party storefront only. They do not stand behind ANYTHING they sell. They just sell. Do you really want to buy from a Company that can't and will not take responsibility for the products it choses to represent. Don't get burned. Keep on shopping for a company that walks the walk not just talk the talk.

Please, don’t order anything from this company! Please don’t sign up for the autopay they took 400 dollars off my bank card! For 6case of milk! I only ordered 2 case every other week! I have been a great customer and it’s unfortunate they would charge my card! I have file a dispute with my bank but the money is gone ! I told them to cancel my order! They tried to hurry up and create a shipping label! Low down company out here taking advantage of caregivers

Website inaccurate for delivery time
I ordered a tub transfer chair. Website promised delivery in 1-2 days. After 4 days, learned it had not been shipped and contact with customer service said order could not be cancelled until received and then refused or contact them for return. I ordered from Carewelll because they promised 1-2 day delivery. Their website should be updated with accurate information and provide a way to cancel an order.
