Carewell always delivers my tranquility on time. I can count on it. I am incontinent due to Neuropathy killing the signal between my bladder and my brain. I need to have my product on time, because it is the only brief that will hold my urine, so I can travel about.

Great Customer Service
We received our monthly autoship supplies from Carewell. The day after we received them, the person using them passed away. I contacted Carewell customer service about returning the items and they were very kind, sympathetic and helpful.
I would highly recommend this company.

Carewell saves My day!
I can get what I need from several different places, but Carewell has very good pricing and their shipping is the best! I tend to wait til the last minute to order, due to a lack of funds, but Carewell has always come through for me with their shipping!

Reliable, accurate , timely!
Recently I ordered a new, different product. When it arrived I found that it wasn't what I thought it was or needed. It was NOT the fault of Carewell! I made a casual comment in a review on their follow-up.Unexpectedly, I received a call from the company wanting to make it right. The rep on the phone was very helpful, knowledgable and professional.
While on the phone he arranged for a refund and emailed the information needed to complete the refund and instructions re: returning the products not wanted.
Great, professional and honest response to my problem!

Great customer service—-very responsive—-orders are always accurate AND the prices are great—-can’t say enough about how good they are—-saved close to $1,000. In past year verses my local store—-I’d love to shop local all the time but on a fixed income a $1,000 savings is huge

Their orders delivered with fedex the stinky carrier, my order of 96x ct adults briefs with tabs were in a stinky package box, if outside package box stunk no doubt inside order would stink as well!!!!!

The prices at Carewell are by far the best I have found for great quality products. The shipping was fast and discreet! Customer service was excellent. I’ve used other companies for healthcare needs and have felt embarrassed or less than due to their customer service. However, Carewell has gone above and beyond to make this a comfortable experience. They sent me a card thanking me for choosing them!! This team and site have made this experience more manageable and enjoyable for me. I cannot thank them enough. I bought some syringes
I bought some syringes, and the next time I needed some, I couldn't find the same brand but bought some anyway. They did not work as well as the first ones so they gave me a discount on my next set of syringes. They are very courteous and helpful. I will continue to shop here.
