Duocal and false advertising
This company advertises their product, Duocal, as " high calorie" with 492 calories PER SERVING. What they don't tell you that a serving of 100 grams is the whole entire can and the can is $40. Each scoop has only 25 calories so this is NOT a high calorie supplement! This is false advertising and misleading! I will NOT buy from them again!

DO NOT buy from WELLCARE they have horrible customer service
I would give this company LESS than one I put in the search bar ULTRA pads it gave me several items I picked 3 different brands
I used one pad of each brand they are HORRIBLE they will not except the returns
DO NOT buy from this COMPANY

If I had tried them at a local store and didn’t like them and I only used ONE pad they would give me a full refund!

I purchased incontinence products on the 6th of August and receive them on the 8th of August. well packaged no problems exactly what I ordered. I was so impressed. Horrible do not use they take money out…
Horrible do not use they take money out of YOUR bank without authorization! They took $65 from us when my husband wasn’t working. We tried one order then they kept raising pricing we canceled in June then July 28 they took money out of our account. Do not use them. We told them we did not order from them they needed to refund us they argued said when you get the product you can send it back. There was no tracking it had not been shipped.

Great Quality and Wonderful Customer Service
I've been using Carewell.com now for over a year and highly recommend it for all your caregiver needs. The website is very user friendly for updating your autoship as needed to add or delete items. And their customer service is the best I've encountered. Easy to call in and quick to make things right. I've only had one problem but quickly not a problem anymore and a great choice in quality products. Thanks Carewell for making my life as caregiver to my husband easier.

I take care of my elderly father and he drinks the 10g boost shakes 24 pk. I have been buying these for years. Well I was excited to find them at carewell and be able to put it on reoccurring delivery and payment at a reduce cost. However my bank alerted me and stopped payment because the cost went from $50 to $110, no notifications. When I asked if this was an error and can I get a credit two different people told me NO and that their rates vary! Who has ever paid $100 for boost shakes? Anyone? If you do a one time purchase with them it works great. If you try to do any of their saver programs you will get taken like I did! absolutely horrible thing to do to people on fixed incomes. shameful business practice.

Carewell seems to really care
Carewell seems to have a variety of brands to choose from, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Their advice and recommendations have been a help to me as a caregiver of my 94 yr old mother with Lewy Body Dementia.
