People make Carewell a company to do…

People make Carewell a company to do business with. Not their systems which are in transition. In the dark ages to be exact. However I am not going to penalize people for their problems with systems locking my account when it should have automatically merged 2 accounts with an older order. And the accounts should have merged into one account rather that cost me the customer waisted time and phone calls to straighten out a technical problem they termed potentially fraudulent. Poppycock. Nothing even nearly fraudulent. It was a simple matter of poor systems which interpreted my attempt to buy two items to be sent as a fraud issue. Please no verbage about how security conscious Carewell is. They need class "A" developers not clueless software and troubleshooting personnel. And this review was prompted by Carewell.

First time customer ordered multiple…

First time customer ordered multiple boxes of briefs and they forgot to send a box of the briefs. I had to call 8 days later and ask what is going on. It's a bad look for a first time customer.

I placed Order #422**** on December…

I placed Order #422**** on December 4th, with expected delivery between December 6th to 8th. I am now finding that the expected delivery date is December 10th.

The PureWick female external catheters were for my 99 year old mother that was entering hospice care. It is now nearly 10pm on December 8th with no product, and she is now within a day of death so I will need to get return information to send this product back for credit.

I now find out these items are not retunable for refund even if in the unopened box.

If I could give a zero star rating I would have

I placed an order for my mom which was…

I placed an order for my mom which was shipped on 10/21. Late November, found two packages were defective upon opening them to use. I emailed the company in the morning and received a reply shortly after. Andrea set up an immediate replacement for the defective items and they were shipped. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quick and efficient way this problem was handled. Great customer service! I would not hesitate to do business with this company again! Thank you.

Such an outstanding company!

This is my second time back with Carewell because my mom keeps going on hospice then is taken off due to health stability (at 102.5 years old!). I have had nothing but superior service from the folks at Carewell. They respond very quickly and with personal focus anytime I reach out for help or questions. Their selection of care supplies is excellent and their prices are very competitive. I have said goodbye to Amazon and am converting my source for all of Mom's care supplies to Carewell. Fantastic company!

Not returnable

Warning most items are not returnable. One order was delivered right away another one took a week. I picked them because of the promised delivery date, but they didn't live up to it.

Improperly charged multiple times

Well, I thought they were great for a while, although expensive. But it wasn’t until I looked at my old invoices while filing for my tax paperwork, that I realized I had been charged tax over and over and over again on products that should’ve never been charged sales tax. I did reach out to them and they did refund it, but I really wonder how much tax they collected from people that should’ve never been paying taxes.
I had two accounts with them, and of course, they only refunded the tax on the one that I reached out about. so that means that this company has improperly collected tax money they were not required to collect and I would bet anything ,they certainly didn’t pay that tax money forward to the state.
After I reached out to them, that should’ve triggered some kind of intern overview of everybody that paid taxes that shouldn’t have and yet, they only pay back the account. I caught them doing it on.
I did reach out to the Florida atty general and the tax commission in Florida
