CarExamer.com Avis

The car being inspected was 26 years old, which the big inspection companies won't take on.
The inspection was good value, and there were several inspection level options.
Was quite easy organise the inspection and access the report, which was useful in negotiating with the seller.
I would use this service again.

I found this service very useful and more information than expected plus I was always kept up to date with the process. 5 stars 👌

I was impressed by the Carexamer website, when i was looking for independent assessor for second opinion on my car examination when the Warranty people refused to pay.
The efficiency of the assessor was impressive, he communicated with me as soon as he was assigned the work and updated me on every step. I am not much familiar with parts of the car but the assessor was able to explain to me in a professional way while educating me on those technical terms, he asked me the history of the vehicle till the day it went to the garage. The report he gave shows that he assessed the vehicle thoroughly before reaching conclusion of the assessment.
I was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and good communication skills that was provided by the member of staff.
Regardless of what the warranty office will decide, I am satisfied with the service i was given by the Carexamer staff and I will keep on using the company when i need to buy a vehicle for assessment as well i will inform my friend about this company.

Excellent service, very personalised service. I have bought a few cars and for every purchase I have used the expertise of Carexamer.com to support my purchase. I have pulled out of 3 car purchases, as car examiner.com raised issues which would have cost me £000's to repair. Obviously the seller wouldn't accept the issue and would not discount.

Excellent service from point of booking to receipt of report. Inspection was thorough and identified issues that I would not ordinarily be able to identify myself - thus saving potential costs in excess of the cost of the inspection.

Inspection engineer was punctual, courteous and efficient. He even called me after sending the report to talk through it. Very impressed.

Will use again.

This is the 4th time I've used CarExamer.com and yet again the service exceeded my expectations. An unbelievably thorough inspection booked on the Sunday and completed next day. Brilliant service!

Reported that vehicle was Manual geared, whereas it was Automatic, and had
no Navigation System, but one was in operation!

What a great service these guys provide. Kami inspected a potential car we was thinking of buying. His in-depth report made it extremely easy to help us with our decision to buy or not. The full report is easy to follow and the follow up call is great to. This service is amazing and I would totally recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying a used car. Thanks again Kami you saved us a lot of money and headache and really appreciate the phone call afterwards which was well into your Friday evening after you had finished your day. Many thanks again.

Excellent inspection and very knowledgeable mechanic that helped me negotiate a reduced price due to minor issues

Hassan is the most down to earth honest guy you could trust to check over your vehicle, Its mad how you can trust someone you don't even know! Thank you Hassan for all your help!!

We use CarExamer.com fairly frequently for our customers to confidently purchase suitable vans for our camper conversions and they have always offered excellent service and communication. An easy 5 stars

I am a returning customer and CarExaminer do not disappoint and offer peace of mind when buying a vehicle. Danny the engineer contacted me before and after the test to give me an overview of the vehicle condition and any faults that needed fixing, he also made the dealer aware. Great report and top service, I would not buy a vehicle without this comprehensive service.

happy with service, would use gain if I have to

Fantastic service. Easy process, was able to get a inspection the next day.
Inspector was very helpful, knowledgeable, gave great advise. The report was very detailed and told me everything I need to know about the car. 5 stars!

Dry good service

Good through review and booked on very short notice. The mechanic liaised well with the seller so it was not a hassle for us at all. Not everything was spotted on the inspection (not sure the road test was very far at all), however, the cost estimate for repairs given in the report enabled us to negotiate the price down. I would use them again. Priced competitively with RAC and AA.

Very pleased with the service. I was looking at a 1970 land rover and wanted some reassurances on the chassis and other key items. The report came through quickly and answered most of my concerns. However, it was great to be able to follow up with the "inspector". Kami gave me a lot of time on the phone and it was a true discussion as opposed to question and quick answer. Without this service I doubt I would have bought.

Great service, easy to organise, quick response. Felt reassured by the inspector, the report was done right away and had a quick chat with them too. Would use again. The seller of the car commented how good the inspector was too.

Excellent report saved me a great deal of money. I chatted with mechanic who was very helpful and explained things very clearly.
