Needed a replacement van, found what I needed and was called by Lee to arrange finance.
This was so.much better than previous experiences with other companies
He made things so easy and made sure I was kept informed all through the process
In all from choosing a van to collecting it was 3 days (very impressive)

Arjun was so helpful
Arjun was so helpful. He was informative and kept me posted. My only criticism is that they would not release the funds to the car dealership until the car was delivered and I sent them a picture. This did cause some distress but not Arjun’s fault.

Although I did not enter a financial agreement with the company; Mike Findlow who dealt with my application was very professional, helpful and very swift to respond. Yaz was AMAZING
I had Yaz today he helped me so much he had my credit accepted in 10 minutes after a decline he walked me through all the steps and helped my anxiety with finance he was very professional and he got things done with no issues. Communication is non-existent
Communication is horrendous. Dont reply, made changes with the dealer after I signed all the paperwork, and slow slow slow.
I have no idea whats happening right now. Wont reply to me.
Now I have a stupid Hard Credit Search on my record, no Vehicle, and no communication from Carki.
I wish I had gone elsewhere. Total mess.
Had to take half day off work yesterday for their paperwork, and the 10 minute visit today has already been 2.5 hours, car dealer closes soon, so again no vehivle. I guess Carki assume I will take another day off tomorrow for more Carki delays.
I have to work. These guys have already cost me several hundred pounds in lost earnings.
