I’d normally not give a review on something, got a picture of my desired car, couldn’t get a loan, but Tandem came through.
All thanks to Yazid, for better explanation on the policy and patient to sort everything out.

Carki is a experimental business that should be away or blocked from operating in the Uk market. Inexperienced people running the business. Be careful. My last review has been deleted. God now's why.

Do not use Carki! After viewing a car I decided not to take it, so I subsequently asked for the credit agreement to be cancelled. They failed to cancel it within the cooling off period, which meant I then became liable for a loan against my name for a car I hadn't bought!! I wasn't listened too and was threatened with a bad credit rating. It was awful.

What a great company. Helped me secure credit when everybody else refused. Very polite explaining everything properly as it was the first time I've dealt with any of this stuff before. Great communication from steve. I felt in the loop every step of the way. He did everything in his power to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for car credit. Thanks guys!

Dealing with Stephen was absolutely fantastic he has been great help throughout the whole step start to finish. Really fast at responding to my messages with vechiles great help getting in contact with dealers for me to find out more information with them particular vechiles overall fantastic service would honestly advise many more folk to deal with this company as the service provided was fantastic all can say is thanks for helping me find that vechile and making it possible to purchase through you guys. Enquired online and have only been pestered with phone calls, texts and emails to sign up. After someone doesn't pick up after the 2/3 try maybe that's a sign to not call back. Shame the rest of the reviews seem legitimate...

Had my first experience with carki and it was great, always in constant contact to give or ask for any updates, polite and very helpful. A big thanks to Stephen Lavis which was the one in contact with me all the time, is patience and advices really helped me during the process.

No doubt about it the best company around kept informed of progress everyday either by telephone or email nothing was to much trouble for Arjun who was dealing with my finance. Highly recommend this company
