Just completed my new car deal with this company. I dealt with Stephen, who was honest and kept me informed of the process along the way. I had previously struggled to get a finance agreement in place as I already have multiple vehicles but this was not an issue for them, the approval was in place within 48 hours of contact. I had an issue with the original vehicle I was purchasing when going to view the vehicle and Steven was quick to get this resolved and an alternative vehicle financed within a week. I had a few reservations after the first vehicle had gone wrong (not Carki's fault, but the dealer) but Stephen was reassuring throughout the process.
I would highly recommend Carki and Steve!

Jordan a great advisor who helped in my journey purchasing my new car from start to finish, helpful, friendly and kept in touch through out , replied to me when I asked him too,
I was struggling to get a higher deposit so James who in place of Jordan (whilst he was off) managed to increase my finance which I really appreciated.
I am now driving a 71 Peugeot 2008 which I purchase from Auto trader from Long Marsh Ltd and I’m so happy with the overall service I received from Carki, would definitely recommend.

All I can say is a huge Thank you to the wonderful amazing man Ellis who has been so Amzing and Professional all the way through!

Applied nearly a month ago. Haven’t heard a single thing back. My portal is still “processing” and despite sending numerous emails Carki have not responded. Complete waste of time and I suppose I’ll go with someone else. Bad experience.

Update 01/05/24: still not a single response from them. lol. Says it all. Go elsewhere
