The broker I had was James he asked what it was I was looking for and within 20 - 30 minutes he had successfully met all that I asked for.

I failed to get finance from 2 companies. Fortunately, all went well with Cargi. I was furnished with all the relevant details. I got assistance throughout the process. They assisted me in choosing the right car of my choice. I went to view the car and it was delivered to me. I am so pleased with their good customer care and will not hesitate to recommend it to my colleagues.

Bought 2 cars from these guys, spent a fortune on parts on the first car, no refund when I returned the car. The second car was just as bad. 6 months later i still haven't received my Tax refund for the Audi. Didn't even honor the full tank of fuel on the second car for all the back and forth. Ignored my messages. Avoid these cowboys. My advice - go for a LONG test drive. Or go to a main dealer.

Made a good £800+ off me, in parts, cleaning and polishing both cars, and car tax that wasn't refunded and the best part of 2 tanks of diesel. I got a refund for the first car tax because I declared it not mine while I had the chance. I was told not to do this with the second car as it adds an owner to the log book.

I've just used carki to get a new car,I was really struggling to get anyone to help me ,a chap called Ellis Rogers was brilliant he made it all so easy ,he sent me over links to cars I'd asked about an I chose one I am now the owner of a new car which I hope to pick up next week...all this was done within 5 or 6 hours ,so honestly if like me you keep getting declined car finance please try carki ...they have literally saved my life ...I give them a hundred stars never mind 5.....

I can't give anything but praise. I was getting nowhere looking online for a car that met my wants and needs. I clicked through to Carki's link at 10am on Friday and spoke to a rep called Ellis, gave him my budget and told him that I ideally needed a 7 seater. Within minutes he sent details of 3 vehicles, of which the 1st was ideal. Called the dealer less than 30 miles away in Southampton, drove to them whilst pre approved on finance, test drove the vehicle which was a BMW 2 series and agreed to have it. By the end of the day all paperwork was signed, deposit paid and I will be collecting the vehicle this coming Wednesday. Seemless from the start and see no reason why the whole experience will be anything but stress free. Highly recommend, I am very happy. 5 stars from me. Cheers Ellis.
