This was our first car-lease. Excellent service, support and guidance provided throughout our dealings with the Sales Team, particularly by the manager Conor O'Donohue. Also good service and support by the Delivery Team, keeping us in the loop right from the outset. Through no fault of the leasing company, the vehicle delivery took a bit longer than originally expected.
I would thoroughly recommend 'Car Lleasing Made Simple' both in terms of the competitive prices and quality of the service provided.

Worst leasing company that I have ever dealt with. They delivered the car 2 months later than they said they would. When they did deliver it there were electrical faults with the interior lights. When I called them they said they'd call back in 5 mins, but never did. Last Friday before Christmas too. I have never received such shoddy service in my life. Helpdesk people are rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Lease with someone else.

Would recommend Shelly! Had a great experience, able to get a hold of someone no problem and nothing was a hassle. 100% recommend!

My main contact was Shaf who was thoroughly decent, courteous and informative. He made things very easy and was so good to deal with even following up with after sale calls. Less personal service than with my old contact at your company. She knew me and would engage , felt like a number now and not a valued customer. Been with you for over 15 years and the transaction was cold. Sent error emails too saying I hadn’t renewed with you when I had which panicked me. Poor customer service in general. Shame

I’ve never leased a car before but on deciding to get into the e car market I decided to lease at this stage rather than buy.
AFL Car Leasing Made Simple really did what their name suggests. The process has been quick and, so far, really straightforward, although I did need some help with the online form. This was immediately resolved by Shafin Khan.
Although Trustpilot prefers to avoid using specific names, I feel I should mention Shafin Khan who was the sales executive who arranged the lease and he was terrific. I rarely write reviews in general but in this case feel it is totally deserved. I’d recommend him and his company without hesitation.
