I was let down today
I was let down today. I had a day off work to accept my delivery and the car was a no-show. I chased, in the afternoon, as I had no word by 15.00.
I was told there was an issue with the seatbelt, it is hard to believe as the journey was over 200 miles, but no contact from the dealer.
So a days money lost and I have to wait in tomorrow for the delivery

Unfortunately, this issue occurred at the supplying dealership which was outside of our direct control. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after taking time off work.

From start to completion, the process was seamless. My 1st point of contact was Chris Barton, he made me feel at ease and took time to explain what would happen and answer the many questions I asked.
I was kept informed at every stage both before and after delivery.
This is the first time I have used a car leasing company, your company was recommended to me and I will not hesitate passing my recommendations on.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service. There were a few hiccups along the way with availability of cars and price rises but Zara was fantastic and was able to support me fully to achieve the exact car I've wanted for years within our budget (and even ended up with the *best* colour!) She was very attentive and checked in frequently along the way, always striving to ensure I was happy even when things got a little tricky. She worked very hard for this lease. Thank you again, I love the car!

the company were good but i had to wait…
the company were good but i had to wait 5 months for my car - delivery date changed weekly, if you are in a hurry think twice! unless you can get a stock vehicle.

Second Vehicle Delivery Using CLMS
Just had my 2nd vehicle delivered and my experience with the company has always been brilliant. Louise is always super helpful with any query I have and always gets back to me as soon as she can. I cannot fault her as she always keeps me in the loop and regularly checks in.

This was our first car lease, after 45 years of 'traditional' car ownership.' car ownership.
This was our first car-lease. Excellent service, support and guidance provided throughout our dealings with the Sales Team, particularly by the manager Conor O'Donohue. Also good service and support by the Delivery Team, keeping us in the loop right from the outset. Through no fault of the leasing company, the vehicle delivery took a bit longer than originally expected.
I would thoroughly recommend 'Car Lleasing Made Simple' both in terms of the competitive prices and quality of the service provided.

Worst leasing company that I have ever…
Worst leasing company that I have ever dealt with. They delivered the car 2 months later than they said they would. When they did deliver it there were electrical faults with the interior lights. When I called them they said they'd call back in 5 mins, but never did. Last Friday before Christmas too. I have never received such shoddy service in my life. Helpdesk people are rude, unhelpful and aggressive. Lease with someone else.

Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced.
Just to clarify, we are a broker, so we don’t see or inspect the vehicles before delivery. If there is a problem with the interior light or any electrical component, this will be fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and your local main dealership will be able to repair this for you.
Your call came in at 4:50pm on Friday, and as our offices are closed over the weekend, the message was picked up first thing on Monday morning when the team returned.
The delay in delivery was due to shipping issues, which were unfortunately outside of our control, but I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.
Amazing Experience!
Would recommend Shelly! Had a great experience, able to get a hold of someone no problem and nothing was a hassle. 100% recommend!
