Loved working with Carolina Cabins. They called me after I booked to see if I had any questions and to let me know if I needed anything that they were available for me to call and talk to a live person. 😊 The emails received were very informative and made our arrival & stay so smooth. I would definitely book a cabin with them again.

Great place for kids to stay. Super easy to book.

We had a wonderful trip! Where we stayed was top notch and we can’t wait to come back. We needed more trash bags though. (I know for longer stays we needed to grab them, but we only got one for the weekend.) When we walked in to the place, there was a trash bag left for us to throw out. I think the cleaning crew just accidentally left it. We also needed to throw trash out but didn’t realize there was a special place for that. I also know the cleaning of the property was included in our stay, so to tip the cleaning people in the envelope they left was interesting. The hot water didn’t last long for a family of four, but other than that, we absolutely loved everything about our stay! Just those few things that occurred made my rate be 4 stars instead of 5. Overall the place is a treasure and I would give it a 5!

This was a great experience for us. We were looking for a nice place to socially distance and have fun. The online process with NC Cabin Rentals was extremely easy and efficient. I received all information prior to the trip for a smooth check in/out process. The property was exactly like the pictures. We will definitely use this company again.

This cabin was an absolutely great the company was easy to talk to and it had everything that we need it definitely would go back again. But do take heed to their directions about being crazy high up into the mountain and if you need a 4 by 4 :-)

Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was perfect. Directions and staff were spot-on. We hope to visit again and may even consider buying in the development when we retire in a few years.

Great service. They called me to make sure everything was fine as soon as we entered our rental. The hot tub did not work but they apologized and said they would credit back the amount for the time we couldn’t use it.

Easy to get to, convenient to many places around Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing rock and the cabin has all the conveniences of home with the rustic charm of a mountain retreat.

Easy access to Blowing Rock. Outstanding housekeeping was done before we arrived. No surprises because property was described accurately. Plenty of amenities.

Front stairway makes it unsuitable for those in wheelchairs. Parking and easy use of two larger vehicles was inconvenient, but fine with one.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay there again. The only thing is that the hot water heater and the heat was in a closet in the 2nd bedroom and when they would come on, that would wake you up. That was the only thing that we had a problem with. Close proximity to Boone and Blowing Rock which made it easy to find things to do.
