Carolina Cabin Rentals Avis 

Carolina Cabin Rentals is an excellent company to deal with. I made our reservation because we needed housing for a wedding in the area. Then the pandemic hit and the wedding was cancelled. Because I didn't buy trip insurance, I was at a disadvantage, but the folks at Carolina Rentals and the property owner worked out a plan that was satisfactory for all parties involved! The home was beautiful, clean and very well maintain. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends!

We had a lovely time at this cabin. There were 6 of us and we wanted a big deck and hot tub so this was ideal. Not too far away from things to see and do so that was an added bonus.

We booked Bearadise cabin because it had a hot tub. Before we were leaving for the trip, I noticed another review for a cabin with Carolina Cabins that said when the got to the cabin the hot tub wasn't working. I called the company and just 8 minutes before I called, the office was notified the hot tub wasn't working. I asked if we could change to a cabin with a working hot tub and was told there weren't any available. Talked to family then called back to see if my trip insurance would cover canceling. The second person I talked to said she thought it would, or we could call back and they would talk to the owners about a discount- oh and they gave us $75 for the hot tub not working. Long story short, the insurance denied the claim saying it was the owners issue. Several emails later we have still not gotten any type of refund. I honestly would have been happy with a partial refund. Whether it was Red Sky insurance, the cabin owners, or Carolina Cabin rentals who knows.... poor business either way. This group can really pass the buck.

Carolina Cabin Rentals does fantastic work. Great communication, accurate information, and best of all written detailed driving instructions to the cabin! Some places are just not "seen" by GPS. From beginning to end an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic family getaway! A short drive to App Ski Mountain. The multi-level layout of the bedrooms allowed for very comfortable separation of two families staying in the same house. Very kid friendly with ping pong table, shuffleboard, arcade style video game, bumper pool table etc! We had a ball!

Beautiful, gorgeous time at this cabin! It was perfect and extremely spacious for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the house and all the space. When we first arrived, there were like 7 deers in the neighborhood just roaming around, very cool! We made s’mores in their outdoor fire pit. I loved the binder of activities, restaurants and things to do in the area; although many of the nearby restaurants are closed during their off season. The house all the basic necessities that were needed and the management team responded promptly to emails sent regarding questions. I highly recommend!!!

They compensated us when the gas logs would not work. Very helpful and courteous staff. Would not hesitate to recommend the cabins they manage to others.

We had a great experience with Carolina Cabin Rentals. We got emails leading up to our rental date with all the information we needed about the house and helpful tips for varying weather conditions. The hot tub had a bit of sediment on top of the water and in the filter when we arrived and when we called CCR about it they were very friendly and responsive and sent someone out to clean it within a couple of hours. We would recommend them and rent through them again.
