I love using the hemp for our chicken…
I love using the hemp for our chicken coup. I’m a first time chicken owner and decided on the deep litter method and using the hemp bedding after watching your videos. I love it and it’s working wondering. No smells. I just turn it as needed and add some on top. This is our sixth month and it’s great. I would not consider anything else.

Great experience, they went out of their way to ship to me when their website said they could not. Just about the fastest shipping I've ever had too. Very nice people!

Hi Melissa! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear that the hemp bedding didn’t fully meet your expectations in terms of value. We put a lot of care into refining our bedding to make it clean, absorbent, and long-lasting, but we understand that every setup — and every customer — is a little different.
We truly appreciate you giving our bedding a try and sharing your experience. If you’d like to tell us more or have any questions about best use, we’d be happy to help. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue to improve.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — and I’m very sorry it took so long for your order to arrive. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be and appreciate your patience.
Regarding the size of the Hemp Bedding, we offer a smaller 15 lb. option to make it easier to carry and handle, especially when coops aren’t close to storage areas. We’re sorry this wasn’t what you expected and appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
Have you EVER had a company care to…
Have you EVER had a company care to work with you and you were not an established, high dollar customer? Carolina Coops truly cares about EVERY customer - NO MATTER WHAT and their QUALITY and Detail is unmatched. - I bought from them years ago - to buy the American Coop, and then some other products, - I'm not a TOP customer in dollars, but I'm a repeat customer - I've added more, and bought items for friends and I recently contacted for a custom piece - THEIR CUSTOMER ATTENTION / SERVICE is TOP NOTCH - they care... they pull you in as family - they actually WANT you be satisfied, happy, prospering, and I pray for their success, so others that buy from them are successful, which makes them want to do more and have successes!!... Carolina Coops is exactly the kind of company, QUALITY PRODUCT, and the people there, that is America - and the idea of American, was built on - and that America NEEDS more of. Such great people, producing great products, so other people have great success!!!!! - thank you Carolina Coops team

Great company, innovative products
They got us a one of their prototype coops before it was available to anyone else. Working well for our 4 chickens. The acre material is still looking brand new.
