I have been chasing Laminate floorboards to replace some damaged, by chance I found Carpet and Flooring online when doing a product search, whilst only laid 5 years ago this particular German made board is obsolete
Emily jumped on line, responded to my inquiry, assured me she could supply, I placed the order and incorrectly ordered double the required amount, this was not an issue, Emily refunded me the overpayment, next thing I get an email form her advising it should be ready to collect next Wednesday
Emily is a star and I cannot praise enough the effort put in to assist me

This company has some excellent reviews which led me to give them a go for a quotation.
However when I requested a quotation we were let down. The font of office were excellent. We were told a guy who’s a fitter for them, named Olly would call me back . After three days and numerous calls to chase up, I was told. He’s busy, so you will have to wait !!!
As the guy is a contractor how can Premier Flooring allow their brand equity be destroyed by a contractor??

I ordered boxes of laminate on line and the stock count was incorrect on the website. Shane contacted me to apologise for their error and issued a refund. I re-ordered a different Laminate which arrived promptly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Poor delivery service for tradesmen when we have jobs booked in. No where near quick enough turn around time for materials

From start to finish the whole process was faultless.

We chose Premier Flooring as had Ben come round to quote and felt he was the person we wanted to fit our floor.
We have now had it fitted and we were very happy with Ben's approach to the job. He ensured that we were happy at each step of the way and even stayed late on the final day to ensure the job was finished. He has also followed up several times to check that it is all still OK......... he's not a bad singer either !
