Premier Carpet & Flooring Online Avis 

Second time we have used this business in the last couple of years and again, they didn't disappoint. They didn't unfortunately have what we were looking for, but went out of their way to find an alternative which, is fabulous - better than expected. Special mentions to Tom and also to their fitter (sorry I don't remember your name) who gave some really helpful service and advice respectively. Will not hesitate to return and recommend.

Very helpfull and friendly assistance and a good price. Only given 4 stars because didn't deliver, as their supplier let them down.

Competitive price for carpet, easy to order online.
We were very disappointed with the delivery arrangements. Delivery delayed because carpet had not been manufactured which was not explained when ordered.
In addition we were informed that the carpet would not be delivered as the carrier said they could not access the property which was totally inaccurate. after several discussions a different carrier was organised.
A notification was supposed to be made prior to delivery which did not happen. Carpet arrived very early in the morning by only one person, this was a 5 metre carpet which he could hardly lift and was unable to place it in the room we required. The notification arrived 30 minutes after delivery.
Poor communication.

When I put my order in it should have noted my product was out of stock-I had to cancel my fitter & lost my deposit due to this.
It was never noted that they wouldn’t deliver my flooring in my house & left my flooring outside to the elements

Good service, will order again if the need arises. Took a bit longer than was mentioned but understandable due to having to get from the supplier. All query’s answered very quickly.

The product is fantastic at a great price. The customer service was spot on and flooring very well packed. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Tom was very polite and helpful when I enquired about engineered wood floor. The store offers competitive prices and overall I am satisfied with my experience.

The delivery was not great unfortunately. They tried to call me once while I was unavailable, after which they went ahead and booked the delivery anyway without agreeing on a specific date/time with me. I was given only a few hours notice on the same day and I missed the delivery because I was not around. I had to pay for the floor to be redelivered on a specific date.

The whole order went smoothly from the first telephone call to the delivery of the flooring on time .

£3000 of carpets arrived with no warning to our house that was being renovated! I repeatedly emailed to say we needed 24 hrs notice to make room and get someone there! The delivery people emailed me 40 minutes before delivery when I was 40 miles away at the hospital! 2 rolls of underlay missing which I was told would be out on next delivery! Once again no notice of delivery apart from email 10 minutes before delivery. The 2 rolls were delayed by 2 weeks!!
