I had a great experience with premier home pros. My Installer David was a fantastic workman. He got here both days at 7:30 to start work by 8 am. He did a beautiful job making my shower. My sales person John did a fantastic job in his presentation. He really sold me on the high quality of their shower materials. I’m so happy with my shower!

Jeff was very unprofessional, rushing, rude, cussing. This company stats they are affordable what for the rich? $20,000 for floors!?!? That's almost half of what we paid for the whole house. We was asked to spare 60 minutes for the rep to be here and he was here for under 20 minutes! Wish I could give zero stars. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for wasting our time and my husband job for taking off for the night for 20 minutes.

Satisfied with the time & info provided by the salesman; Jon, he was professional & assisted me in making the best choices to meet my families needs. Helpful in obtaining estimates on shower seat & grab bar to complete my sons new bathroom walk in shower!!
The crew, Don & Will were also professional, after introduction’s & time to answer questions, went right to work & would ask my preference on the install.
Upon completion, was instructed & given opportunity to ask questions,

Premiere homes I'm single they ask your maratial status and a spouse being present. Singles be aware the customer service.I called a few days ago and they skipped me over and never returned a call both days. I had to call them both times 50% off. Customer service saying they couldn't make it today 04/21/2026 I canceled them after 2 days.An emergency order was more important to them I was probally ahead of the emergency caller. So 1107 good reviews not so good. Yeah a great flooring company.

The experience was great after they showed up. Before that they no showed twice. The workmanship was great. I will recommend them to everyone.

Both installers were FABULOUS...very hard workers, polite and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to request them for any future jobs. GREAT employees.

Brandon McMuller did a wonderful job on my bathroom project. He was very professional and efficient and my shower/bath looks amazing!

Installation was quick and installers were very polite and kept me informed every step of the way.

Great job overall on the shower/bath construction. We are happy with the results and how it turned out, but some unfinished outside wall we were not expecting for the amount of money we paid. Some of the top caulking of the shower and sink was sloppy.

Jared was absolutely outstanding throughout our bathroom remodel process. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely easy to talk to. He took the time to listen, answer every question clearly, and explain options without the usual sales nonsense people have come to expect from civilization’s more exhausting sectors.

What really stood out was how knowledgeable and enthusiastic he was. You could tell he understands the product, the process, and how to guide customers without pressure. He was professional, down to earth, and made what could have been a stressful decision feel comfortable and straightforward.

Most importantly, Jared truly went the extra mile for us. He worked hard to find ways to save us money and ultimately gave us a far better deal than competing companies. That combination of honesty, effort, and customer care is rare.

If every company had someone like Jared representing them, people would hate home improvement a little less. We highly recommend working with him.

The sales guy Collin was great, loved him.
An appointment was set up to get it installed, was ready for them, but the morning of the appointment, they waited until after the first window to call and cancel. Not before. The installers were very nice,but it looks looks like there, definitely not a afare several cracks in the boards, and they did the worst job ever putting the quarter round on the walls. Not the professional job I paid for. Unless this situation is rectified, I would not recommend them.

Awesome experience

The installers were polite, and jumped right into the job. They all worked well together. Apologetic that they couldn't do it all, for base for the sink was not put on the truck. And didn't have right exhaust fan. Otherwise great working team

Installers came at a good time for us ( not too early) but still finished in one day. They kept us aprised of what they were doing and a change that had to be made because of our plumbing. They were very careful of our flooring and furniture.

Installer showed up early in the day, he worked efficiently and was done by around four in the afternoon. Everything was clean and ready to go for our first hour 24 hours after the install.

Everyone was polite, very knowledgeable. The remodeling went smoothly and Scott explained everything to me. I would recommend Premier to my friends.

Customer service is terrible my shower is not finished( shelving) and to be cut off numerous times and get a “ we will get back to you” is a joke. Product is beautiful but CS sucks!

I just found another base board that they left a whole in. I’m not happy. Someone needs to call me and set up a time when they can come over and fix both baseboards!
