Michael went over the top to solve our problem with our dishwasher. He was very helpful and explained things well to us. He was great!
He moved the washer out and did not put it back. He left the trash here. When I walked out with box after him I could see he turning toward me but he turned the other way. I need someone to put the washer back please 🙏, okay 👌?

Techician was on time for appointment. The problem was the Washer DOOR was locked. He was able to unlock the door and get my clothes fo the Dryer

Very poor experience. The technicians are free lance and treat people poorly . There is no where to call for customer support and everything is computer assisted . I just wish you would just go completely out of business. Make room for good companies with some sort of customer service

He diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. The follow-up appointment was even faster. This level of service is what all companies should strive for. I can only hope I receive this level of service the next time an appliance goes haywire. Great tech, great experience. I would give him 10 stars if it was allowed.

Sears has canceled my washer repair 4 times now. Came and diagnosed in a couple days. Parts came in in a couple more. Now I can’t get them to come back and finish it. All AI so you can’t actually get ahold of anyone. Totally out of control. Go somewhere else.

My technician was 3 hours late. He said the part was no longer made for my washing machine. After he left, I searched the part number he said was not available and there was a replacement part available. He put $299.00 for labor and had me sign I was declining service, why would I pay $299.00 for labor on something he said there was no part available for. Charged me the diagnostic fee. I want to speak with someone but all of the numbers for customer service are the same AI bot who cannot answer my question about what the labor was for or why I was not informed that there was a replacement part available. I want to speak with a human.
Gentleman was very polite. Cared what i told him. Was on time according to when he said he would be here. Had the problem fix in less than a hour. And explain to me what happened.
