ordered my amtica flooring paid for it and was told it would be delivered between 2-3 weeks, we were emailed it was due to be delivered after 2 weeks. excellent product excellent service.

The customer service officer Tom was…
The customer service officer Tom was excellent. However the delivery was a nightmare. It was said to be delivery on Friday but finally no one showed up. I called the delivery company at night saying that no such consignment number and I was scammed.
Tom doesn’t work at weekend so I called the delivery company next day and they said they could only arrange the delivery 4 days later. 4 days later I waited for the delivery and no one showed up.
Finally I contacted Carpet and Flooring and they sort it out.
Everything is fine except the delivery.

Excellent service...
Excellent customer service and communication. Flooring was dispatched on the expected date and the carrier notified every step of the journey until it arrived - exactly on time. There is no damage to the packaging and hopefully the contents will be perfect too. Many thanks Carpet and Flooring Online.

Excellent shopping experience with Carpet and Flooring Online. The price they offered was much lower than local stores and even lower than other online shops. I ordered Amtico Spacia with them and received the items exactly when I needed them. The important thing, if you buy Amtico from Carpet and Flooring Online, you will get a valid guarantee from Amtico which is not the case for many other online shops.

Thought I’d had a kitchen floor on order for 6 months turned out kitchen company hadn’t ordered it, by the time the order went in the floor was discontinued.
Couldn’t find the floor (to match the new kitchen) anywhere Carpet and Flooring Online managed to source to and have it delivered in a week.
