Mike was very professional and friendly, my sofa (very light grey tweed) looks brand new and I couldn’t believe how clean my carpet come up was looking to replace it but Mike’s done such an amazing job! Wil defiantly being using carpet bright again and I can’t recommend them enough.

Efficient service
Daniel rang and informed us he was running early and asked if it was ok to arrive early. He was polite and efficient and the carpets looked much better after he had cleaned them.

Very disappointed – stains are still there after cleaning
I’m very disappointed with the service. The team came yesterday to clean all my carpets, and while they were still wet, everything looked fine — I thought the stains were gone. But today, after the carpets dried completely, the stains are still there exactly as before.
I paid a considerable amount of money expecting a proper deep cleaning, but unfortunately, there is no visible result. I’ve attached photos taken after the carpets dried to show the issue.
I regularly use professional cleaning companies, and this was one of the most unsatisfactory experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the price.

Big thank you to Viktor for doing an amazing job of cleaning the carpet on both our staircases. All the marks have disappeared and the carpet on the staircases looks new again. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience
So, I had left a negative feedback for this company — and rightfully so, because their prices were unreasonable (£45 excluding VAT for just one stair). This was my personal opinion, and I have every right to share a review — no one can take that away from me.
At the end of the cleaning, I had a sincere conversation with one of the staff members, and because of his polite attitude, I decided to delete my negative review out of respect for him.
However, after he left, a woman named Natasha called me and threatened me, saying that if I didn’t remove the review within 24 hours, the manager would take legal action against me.
She pushed me to the point where I decided to post the negative review again. I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere in the world — a company calling a customer and threatening them with legal action just for leaving a review.
Honestly, I had deleted my first review because of the politeness of the worker, but I did not expect to be harassed and threatened afterward by Natasha. Apparently, such things do happen.
I regularly hire carpet cleaning companies and have my carpets cleaned, but I will never use this company’s services again.

Absolutely chuffed with the results. Carpet smells so fresh and looks cleaner than when I had it laid.
The technician john was extremely polite and friendly and I could tell he takes so much pride in his work.

Refused to take responsibility for marks left
I’ve been a repeat customer of Carpet Bright but won’t use them again as I now know that they will not take responsibility if they make a mistake. I had my sofa cleaned (all fine with this) but unfortunately the technician stained the carpet in the communal stairwell while doing it. I raised this with Carpet Bright and expected it would be dealt with promptly and professionally. I was told the stain was there already and then the manager ‘offered to help’ by quoting for the cleaning of the stain. Not only is the company saying I am a lying about the stain (I am up and down the stairs several times a day so would know better and given it was such a large and obvious stain right next to the electrical outlet where the machine was plugged in, you would think that the technician would think to mention it if they’d seen before starting work so as to avoid a dispute) but they are also choosing to put a short term gain (i.e. the cost of carpet cleaning) over my potential continued repeat business. So in short, they might do a good job but if something goes wrong you will be left in lurch.

We want to clarify that our technician followed all standard procedures during the visit and noted that the mark in question was already present prior to starting the job. At no point during or after the clean was any damage caused by our equipment or technician. Nevertheless, in the spirit of goodwill, we offered to help by quoting for a clean of the communal area - not to dismiss your concern, but to provide a practical solution.
We absolutely do take responsibility when genuine mistakes occur, but in this case, we could not find any evidence that the mark was a result of our visit given our machine was on the ground floor. We're sorry that this situation has left you feeling unsatisfied and hope you can understand that we must base our decisions on the facts available.
We sincerely appreciate your past business and are always here if you’d like to discuss this further or reconsider in the future.
