Carpet Express made my idea a reality…
What began with an idea and a need for change resulted in new carpet, hardwood and redesign of the staircase and banister. We are so impressed with Carpet Express and the time, personal attention and work ethic of Mike Jones, LaGretta and Bryan Cronan. They took our ideas and made them a reality with each of their expertise and craftsmanship. They came to our home, assessed the project and worked with us beautifully to make the new flooring installation and construction of the stair banister a success. The carpet and hardwood is beautiful. The new banister design is outstanding! Bryan even met with me at the paint store to select the perfect stain for the hardwood and banister. Two stains were mixed for the perfect finish! We cannot thank the whole team enough for the beautiful finished project! Their goal is to provide the customer with the best service and product! We highly recommend Carpet Express for your small or detailed projects!

Went looking for flooring that no…
I Went looking for flooring that no longer existed and the only place that had it was Carpet Express. I was able to obtain the last amount available and only because the representative spent time looking up the material and ensuring it was still available. Debra is a courteous, knowledgeable repesentative who goes the extra mile to insure her customer is satisfied from research, ordering and shipping the purchases. She followed up this purchase by providing shipping data and ensuring delivery at its earliest time frame. False advertising
I have contacted this company repeatedly for the last month, but they have refused to respond. I have their listing on Google offering free shipping on In a Snap carpet tiles. I even sent a photo to their phone number per request. They are telling me the order would be $360, and $700 for shipping!

Top Notch Flooring Company
LaGretta and Mike... WOW. Carpet express is run by the most kind, caring, and respectful folks. We had what turned out to be a settling issue in our one year old home. Mikes team drove hours to assess, and then prepare us for a complete floor replacement. They communicate better than any company we have worked with. Their work ethic is above the floor ;) They completed the replacement in just 3 days work and it is wonderful! Highly recommend carpet express for any of your existing or new flooring needs. We drove up from Dallas, Georgia
We drove up from Dallas, Georgia and Hunter was our Salesman. He was delightful, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I knew what I wanted and really I was just going by color. He educated us on thickness, density and softness. I would recommend him and I’ll be back to do the next rooms.
