Hunter always is very helpful with questions and very knowledgeable at what he sales! He also goes above and beyond with us if we ever have a shipping issue or for that matter any issue. He always follows up and that is greatly appreciated! Materials are well priced and quality as well! Even if w have a question and he is out of office the day he responds and or answers our call! Great experience with you guys over the last 2-3 yesrs!

Debra, our sales contact, was very helpful with our carpet selection. She is wise and experienced. Also, all communications during our carpet buying experience were very good and prompt. Installation crew was on time as scheduled. 5/5 stars and 2 thumbs up moving the furniture and carpet installation. Will we buy again from Carpet Express? Yes!!

The staff was knowledgable about my product. Mohawak Air.0 No VOCs carpet. I have had a chemical sensitivity for years to carpet. Also wanted to protect my Doberman and Lab from VOCs if they sleep on the floor. Let me tell you this carpet is really great as soon as Iinstalled it I got down to sniff it and barely anything. If you have kids or pets this product is fantastic. Carpet express did a great job keeping me informed as to when carpet was shipped.

Sonya was the most helpful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She was kind and worked very hard to see that I got what I wanted. Mike the owner was also very nice and the prices and selection were great.

Dennis was quick to greet us. He listened to what we wanted and directed us to the areas to view the carpet samples. He gave us time to look at all the types of carpet offering information on each type and answering all of our questions. He let us take as much time as we needed and helped us get samples to take with us. We felt at ease and valued as a customer. He did as he promised in sending us additional samples.
Our installer was a very hard worker. He completed the job of moving furniture, laying the carpet, and cleaning up all by himself.
The ladies who answered my calls were pleasant and efficient.
The scheduling lady was very efficient in scheduling our installation and letting us know when to expect the installer.
We would definitely recommend Carpet Express to others due to their knowledge and efficiency in getting our job done within a short period of time.

Greg Smith was open and amiable. He was quick to repond and had great follow up. He also went over other products that Carpet Express had that our Pro customers would be interested in and promptly sent sample boards. He exchanged his work cell and I when contacted him he readily replied.

We have been ordering carpet for the last 4 years from carpet express as we slowly replace carpet in our school. Bryson has been wonderful to work with, service has always been speedy and the product has not disappointed.
